My wife and I jumped from an iPhone 5 to an 8 plus.The bust buy team were very knowledgeable about the product and we are very happy beat buy customers.They call them self Best Buy but they are also best customer service and aftercare

Being a female, my opinion may be skewed, but these are not the most attractive things to add to these beautiful phones. That being said, they are tough and because of their unique features, your expensive phone will be protected. Whether it be in a man's pocket with all of his change or in a holster on his hip, if it falls it's guaranteed not to shatter!

I absolutely love this case I work in contruction and I trust the otter box more than anything

My son dropped his phone in the middle of the cross walk. Before he could grab it a car ran over it with its front and back tire. I thought the phone was ruined. To my surprise the IPhone was in perfect condition due to the case taking the it. We’ve been using Otter since I has the iPhone 3 and will continue to but for all our devices.

This case is made of hard plastic. Hope it protects my 800$ phone when it slides off the counter. Liked my soft cover I had on my older iPhone.

For some reason the outer case started falling apart after a month. Then continued to get worse. I started a claim with OtterBox but never got a response back from them. I would stay away from the purple one. I have a black one for another phone and it held up strong.

Yes, this case does add some bulk and weight to the phone. It is not as slim or slides as easily into pockets as other cases. But I have never had to replace a screen or have any of my devices repaired and I have only used Otter cases. Easy to apply and the texture allows for a good grip and I have no issue sliding the phone into pockets. You can use a glass screen protector with the case, but it’s a tighter fit. I ended up popping the plastic screen protector off. The touch screen worked much better with just the glass screen protector. There is a little gap along the side of the case and the screen protector but it hasn’t become an issue yet.

This case has a nice fit and feel on my Iphone 8 Plus, and makes it feel secure from drops. My only issue is the built in screen protector. It floats just above the screen, forcing you to apply slight pressure before contacting the screen. It isn't too big of a problem, but can make interacting with touch/swipe features tricky. Overall, I'd recommend it if drops/falls are your main concern. Perhaps the screen will lay flat once it gets more worn in.

This Otterbox provides great protection without being too bulky. It has enough texture to allow a firm grip on your phone.

I've owned many different cell phones over the years and have used many different types of cases to protect them, but time and again, the Otterbox cases end up on my phones. The Defender case that I just purchased for my iPhone 8Plus is the third case in a row I've bought (iPhones 6S and 4 versions previously). Rugged, yet easy to work with. With phones costing $1000 now, you better make sure you have the best protection around....Otterbox!!

The iPhone 7 Plus is substantially larger than my old Galaxy S4, therefor the Otter Box for the iPhone 7 Plus is large with respect to the old Galaxy S4's Otter Box. I like the construction of the Otter Box and the solid protection it provides for my iPhone7 Plus. I also like the easy access to my iPhone 7 Plus while "holstered" in the Otter Box.

Fits my 8+ well. Adds a decent amount of bulk to the phone but that is what keeps the phone protected. No problems with the touch ID. The case has a nice non-slip grip. I used a defender on my iPhone 6 and the thing looked brand new when I took it out to finally upgrade.

I had an OtterBox for my iPhone 5 and it was great! Dropped my phone a few times and never a scratch. So, naturally, when I got my iPhone 7 Plus, it was a no brainer. Cheaper than phone insurance. I would definitely recommend it...worth the money!!

I upgraded my phone and always have an Otterbox case on my iPhone, because they have such great protection, It gives great protection against drops and falls, and it is good knowing my phone is protected. I also liked the purple colors of this case!

You can't go wrong with an otterbox. This case fits my Iphone 8 plus perfectly even though it was for an Iphone 7 plus. I've had otterboxes for years and have never had a cracked iphone screen or an issue with my iphone after several drops.

It’s purple!!!! Very excited because purple is my favorite color. Looks great on my phone. Very protective. The Touch ID part works great. Only problem is that it is not centered around my apple in the back. I’m a little OCD. Bugs me a bit.

My husband is rough with his “toys” and doesn’t know his own strength sometimes. Broke the belt clip portion of it one day when a little tipsy. If I didn’t get it on sale, have a price match, or bby gift card, then I would have just looked for a similar, less expensive case on amazon. They seem to work just as well without being overpriced. Otterbox does protect the phone as promised.

Great case with lots of protection for my iPhone 7 Plus. I was hesitant at purchasing st first due to reviews out there claiming gaps between the phone screen and screen protector. I took a chance and found no issues at all, screen is very responsive. I also like how Otterbox redesigned the side grips on the case so is easier to hold, past cases were somewhat bulky. Would highly recommend this case if you care about your phone and want it to be like new when it comes time to sell or trade it in.

Thus case is perfect for my new iPhone! I know it’s safe and well protected from drops and spills. Easy to hold non slip feel also. Great investment.
