Obviously you can see the case classic OtterBox: huge and protective. While the screen protector does not inhibit viewing or clarity, my wife has had trouble with TouchID being more difficult and there seems to be a slight air gap between the screen and protector so multitouch accuracy and responsiveness are hindered. Not sure if this is by design or installed wrong, but with a case this tight it’s hard to think it’s installed wrong. A good case but there are definitely trade offs.

I have had nothing but Otterbox Defender brand cases for all of my smartphones and once again, I am very pleased with this case for my iPhone. I am clumsy and I need a good strong case for my phone. This one delivers the protection I need and it is also lightweight and not cumbersome to carry around!! The price was very reasonable for the protection I am receiving with this case. Other brands on the market do not compare - especially for the price!! I hope this company never skips on quality. The holster that comes with the case is also great to hold the phone in place if you are watching movies or viewing pictures on your desk or table top.

This is my 3rd personal smartphone and I have also had 2 company issued smartphones. I have only purchased Otterbox defender cases for these phones.The phones are well protected and are easily accessible , but secure in the side belt clip holster. I work in construction and I also have a tendency to drop my phones. Every single phone that I have had works just as well today as it did the day I received them , even though they have all been dropped hundreds of times on a varying degree of surfaces. They may add a little bulk to the feel of the phone , but for the price we now pay for these hand held computers , it is well worth it.

This is hands down the best protection you can have for your cellphone!!! It gives me total piece of mind because I constantly drop my phone without consequence. I did choose to remove the plastic screen protector & apply a high quality, shatterproof glass protector instead. The case itself does add a little bulk to the phone, but it still slides in & out of my jeans pocket easily. This is my third purchase of the Defender Series case. They've protected my phones for years & have endured a LOT of drops on a regular basis due to my own clumsiness. You can't go wrong with this exceptional case! I highly recommend it!

I really like otter boxes, the only issue is the bulk in size it adds to the phone making it difficult at times to fit in pockets. Good quality and workmanship but I decided with my IPhone X to go with a slimmer case and shatter proof glass screen. This does not add the bulk like otterbox and seems to work well but would say it probably doesn’t protect the phone as well. I can say for all the other iPhone purchases I have made I always bought an otterbox and when it was time to exchange the phone every 2 years the phone looked brand new still.

Otterbox has never been short of disappointment, the products they make are very much geared to protecting your device, they could tweak a way to keep outside dust and moisture from getting inside the case. However, if you open the case up every week or two and clean the inside, then its not so bad and ultimately you won't ruin your device. I like how they made a thing bit of material cover the touch button so it can still recognize your fingerprint, can't say the same for the ipad mini 4 cover in comparison. Either way, if you like making sure your product is protected and at a great price, then this is the cover for you.

Of course Otterbox is one of the most well known case companies in the world and this is their flagship case. Love the protection this gives. I actually have a standard thin case I wear on my iPhone 7 plus on a daily basis, but got this because sometimes I need the extra protection be it at work, or outdoors, etc.. You CAN NOT go wrong with this case. Please keep in mind though its very bulky but thats because its very protective. Otterbox also gives a lifetime warranty with these cases, so if something happens to it, you just contact them and they will send out a replacement for about $5 shipping.

I have always loved the Otter Box products and the Defender is my favorite. Everyone I know breaks there phones, it is impossible with my Otter Box and I have dropped the phone many times. An all glass IPhone is very protected in the Defender case.

This case was purchased for my 13 year old granddaughter, she is so hard on phone cases this the reason for purchasing this case. The only complaint she has is it’s too bulky and the phone won’t fit in her purse, but her phone is well protected.

I LOVE Otterbox's Defender series of phone cases! I tried a different brand with my last iPhone, and it just didn't provide the same level of protection that the Otterbox does. I accidentally dropped my phone from a second-flood balcony, and there was not a scratch or dent on it, thanks to Otterbox. The clear front cover doesn't seem to affect the ability to use the touch features of the new iPhone 7 Plus. It's a little bulky, so the dashboard mount I used with my old iPhone is too small for the new, bigger phone plus the Otterbox. It does sometimes require specially-sized accessories.

This case fits the iPhone 7 Plus quite snuggly. It's a little difficult to put on at first but that effort is worth it so you know that your phone is safe. It adds some bulk both in the thickness and height by a couple centimeters. It has all the right cutouts for the ports and back facing camera. The case has a built-in screen protector that keeps the display crystal clear. It also does not hinder the way that the fingerprint sensor works. However, just to be on the safe side, I think people should set up their fingerprints on the phone BEFORE putting on the case.

only thing is that it is too bulky. i ended up returning it because of this. but it does protect the phone well. only thing i would say is that it you use it with the 7 pjus, every time you touch the screen, it force touches it, big problem for me. was not too thrilled with the case because of this.

Got this cheap on sale. Perfect protection for a new phone, but bulky.

We have always went with otterbox for my wife and my phones. We have not broken a phone in the past 5 or six upgrades even though I am such a klutz. Dropped it on pavement way too many times and the phone is still running.

Durable and good protection but bulky and looks dirty quickly

This is my 4th Otterbox Defender case on my 4th iPhone. I've tried them all, but I like the Defender the best. It's not as thin as the Lifeproof series, but it inspires more drop and bump confidence. I work in a warehouse and need a strong case. The Defender series has always protected my phone and my phone has always looked brand new when I remove it 2 years later to trade in. Note* I don't like the screen protector, so I always pop it out before installing. Sturdy protection but still can feel the actual screen.

Snug fit. Good protection. Good belt clip. Good access to all controls. I've loved every Otterbox I've ever owned. This is the 5th.

The Otterbox Defender case for iPhone 7 Plus is a great case. I've been a consumer for this specific Otterbox line for a long time for a reason. It handles impacts really well, no matter how many times I drop it, the phone and the case will not break. I do wish that Otterbox would use a better screen protector, as it has a lot of gap between it and the phone screen, but that is an easy DIY project to remove for a better screen protector. If you are afraid of dropping your phone and damaging it, get this case.

I have dropped my phone several times, and with this otter box case, the phone still works great. Not a scratch on it. This is the first case I have owned that protects the phone and prevents damage to the phone

I recommend this highly. It fits nicely on iPhone 7us and easily peels off. Protects from falls etc. Easy to hold on to.
