wow was I amazed by the protection this case provides. I wish it would have a built in screen protector like my previous otter box cases, This thing is amazing. I love it. I use the clip and its easy to put together. Other issue is a pain to take off.

I love OtterBox. If I try to venture out to a different brand, I always end up coming back to this one. It does a great job protecting my phone. It's a little on the bulky side but it protects my phones and it stylish at the same time.

I've dropped an iPhone onto concrete floors from 6 feet, and the iPhone survived. That was a 6. I've had OtterBox Defender cases ever since. (One drop cracked the plastic inner case, but the iPhone survived intact. I nearly needed CPR, until I picked it up, and it was unscathed) On some I've had to pull the plastic off of the home button cover, but on the XS Max, there is no home button. These are heavy cases, so if you are looking for a light case, this isn't it, but looking for a case that is incredibly durable, Get This Case! I just wish OtterBox would bling them up a little. They did have different colors at one point, but you had to direct order them. I'd buy a Star Wars Defender case, but they haven't gone that way.

Always use these cases. Have drop phones with these on and it protects them. Glad they took off the plastic screen protector as it gets dust and dirt under it. Eventually the screen protector gets cloudy making your phone display look bad

I have had other cases and they have all failed to provide protection for my phone. I really like and recommend Otterbox cases to anyone, the color of this one actually looks good once it’s on the phone and have come to like it very much!!

I will always go with an Otterbox. They’re protective and durable. Also proven to work. I would highly recommend otterbox pro series. Plus it doesn’t have the circle on the back side to show the apple logo. Which is a plus as well.

The defender product from otterbox had proved to be a very smart buy. I am a little clumsy when it comes to my cell phone and the defender case has kept it safe. And as an added bonus it looks better than previous versions of it.

Love the quality, .....wished there was a color choice other then dark & drab colors. Quality, I have used a OtterBox phone cover on my older phone, loved the protection, never had a break or issue with this protecting my phone.

This case is thick enough for real phone protection, but slim enough to still be manageable. Protection factor is amazing, and the added belt clip (Ya, I know it’s nerdy. But I’m nerdy.) is very handy while at work!

I was a little skeptical with the new type of case as it has no top screen cover. I must say so far so good. Still taking a little getting use to the fact that I have to clean finger prints off a little more often. But great case.

The best Insurance for your new or used device. We Always purchase a new Otterbox when we purchase a new phone. Put our phone in the Otterbox immediately. Otterbox offers protection if phone gets accidentally dropped, wet or bumped. Case encloses the entire phone. (Screen protector separate). Case does add bulk to the phone so it won’t necessarily fit in your pocket. Comes with belt clip. When we sell or trade in a phone, it looks like it is in excellent mint condition when removed from case. This increases the phones value. Pricier than other decorative phone shells or cases and must be installed in a specific manner. Highly recommended.

Extremely durable. Protects my iPhone very well! The case makes the phone a little bulky, but the bulkiness of the phone helps ENSURE that the phone is not set down somewhere and forgotten. I love this case!

This is the third one that I have purchased and I love it gives you maximum protection very well-made and the belt clip always comes in handy rather than putting your phone in your pocket wouldn’t buy anything else!!

Fits perfectly, looks great and provides great protection for my iPhone XS Max. As it is, the phone is rather large, so this does bulk it up a little more but worth it. Case does not interfere with screen at all.

Usually otter boxes are super bulky but this one isn’t. It fits in any pocket or console in vehicles I put it in. I’m glad otter box is finally figuring out the balance between comfort and protection!

The OtterBox is great. Does exactly what it supposed to do. I do kind of miss the days when they had the clear protective front on them, but this version does not. So you have to buy additional products

Bought this case to protect my 6 year olds new XS Max! It does a great job of protecting it all around. Not too heavy just a tad bulky but nothing a PopSocket can't fix. Overall very pleased with this product!

There’s no question that this is a bulky case. But it’s protecting a phone that costs more than some computers! After have two previous phones get cracked screens, in very happy with this protection.

I’ve always used Otterbox for my phones. This one is fairly sleek; allows for a good grip. Rubberized back won’t allow the phone to slide around if in a car for example. Belt clip included a plus.

We've been using Otterbox cases for years now and have always been pleased with the protection they give. Coupled with the belt clip this is a fantastic buy and will do it again next year (iPhone 11?)
