what can I say. I put an outer box on every cell phone ive owned. Its got a lifetime warranty and they always have taken care of me even if I break the clip or anything. They have my business forever. Also I like the belt clip and the protective case is clean and very sturdy

This is a great cover if you need protection. I am clumsy, so I need something that can take a lot of falls. This is perfect. It also comes with a cover that I can use to stand the phone for watching videos. This is not the right phone if you need your phone to be slim. The port covers and buttons all work well.

Phone saver. It does the job and not too chunky. Protects all sides and face of your phone. Only issue is can grasp to dust though the case is not sticky in any way. I clean my phone regularly with rubbing alcohol and it is fine.

This case is the best I've ever owned. I had it for my Note 8 and now for my Note 9. It is without question the best case on the market. The best part, it completely protects the phone. the drawbacks, it's BIG AND BULKY. But the reason you buy this case is the trade-off for the size. It's a PERFECT 5-STARS!

I have always used the defender otterbox, due to the belt clip and screen protector. Now most case protectors don't come with a screen protector. Another way for phone protection to increase revenue by making us purchase another protector! What used to charge $50, now can be up to $ 100 to get the whole protection of the device.

I don't understand all these people complaining about this thing not having a screen protector. I have always hated the built in screen protectors on the defender and ripped them off and installed my own screen protector. The problems with the built in screen protect is the lost touch performance, but more than that the fact that dirt and junk can get in between the case and screen. I would rather get a quality (I prefer Skinomi) protector that adheres to the screen and does not allow anything behind it. Overall the case seems very well designed and made. I am hoping the notches on the side that hook it into the holster hold up better than the S7 edge case did.

The product is very dependable I trust my phone with this product it is going to do the job correctly Easy to put on In lasting long time I would buy it again it's maybe a little pricey but worth it every penny I trust it

Good well built case. My dad loves his. He needs a heavy duty case as he works outside and is rough on cases and phones. Had to return the one for my mother as she said it was too heavy and bulky though.

I purchased this case for a Note 9, so clearly I was not concerned with weight or compactness. This is a bulky case, but it provides awesome protection. Combined with a full glass cover, my Note 9 is as protected as it can be. The fit is perfect and all buttons function as they should.

Fantastic case that fits great, give awesome protection to my phone, great value for what it does, and it's versatile to clip on a belt, carry, or put in your pocket. Always a great product and good value! Extremely pleased!

Works great on my Note 9. Wish it had screen protector built in but I got a separate one by Armour Edge. It fell off after a few days . Took it back and got the Zagg brand and it is great for me. Case makes it easier to grip the phone and you still have access to the s pen.

My new phone is expensive so I wanted to protect it. This case fits great. Buttons still work. The phone is easier for me to grasp as the bare phone is slippery. Access to the connection ports is easy. If the little flaps over them become a nuisance I will simply cut them off.

The case is the best made case for the Note 9, it fits like a glove. I had one for my Galaxy S8Plus and dropped my phone many times, and the OtterBox protected it every time. I would highly recommend it.

I was given the phone. The old case broke and this one fits the phone perfectly. I have already dropped the phone and it didn't have any damage.

I swear by otterbox defender. I've used it on other phones and trust nothing else for protection. I've used others on other phones only to have screen damage...only to go to a defender. The pro series has a good feel. The blue is a nice change from black.

It's great very sturdy. Hard plastic case surrounds phone then a thick rubber like case slips over that. The belt clip holds it securely in place. I haven't dropped the phone yet but I feel it would be fine if I did. Well worth the money.

I've used Otterbox before on my S3 and on my Note 4. They were bulky and made operating the phone hard and protected the phone like no other. Fast forward to this, and I was a little nervous about the smaller or less protection it looked like it offered. But on the other hand, I can work most everything on the phone like I had no case. I use touch on my screen all the way to the edge without issue. The buttons all work and the only thing that I have to work at is to get to the pen. But once you figure out what needed, it’s all good. I have not dropped it yet like I have done on my old phones, but as far as I can it should work. My other concern was finding a glass protector to use that would not conflict with the case and I ended up going with Zagg-InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector that I purchased the same time. All in all, I would buy again.

I do have a crack on my phone, just noticed it the other day. I will say I have dropped my phone quite a few times, but I think it is hard to protect a phone with the curved edges. I recommend this case for sure, it is not too bulky and works good but if you drop it the right way to hit that edge, it might crack.

I like outerboxes helps to protect your investment .a little expensive but I think worth it . Like best buy they have a good selection always find what I need usually have lots of choices

This case is very simple to put together and it provides the best protection. I have used other cases before and they have gotten dinged and scratched up. The Symmetry Otter case is way too slick so this one is the best choice.
