I have always bought Otter Box, I dropped my new iphone and the screen already cracked. Thank God I also purchased along with the Otter Box: Screen protector and a Charging cable also.

Simple but stylish and protective, love the sleep design

I had no trouble trying to connecting my phone it was super easy.

Shel is Sturdy, but top not sitting flat. Space between top of case and phone making it difficult to type and use the phone

You can never go wrong with Otterbox! They’re durable and great quality. Just triple check that it is the correct case for your phone; especially when buying from Best Buy without a membership. I couldn’t receive a full refund for this unopened product since I was 3 days outside of their 15 day return policy. I called customer service and was told the store managers have the discretion to override the policy and provide a full refund. It’s been a while since I’ve purchased from Best Buy and don’t remember such a short return period. The manger was very kind and respectful, but was only willing to provide store credit. Being that this was the case, I returned it, and left the store credit with the manager, as I will do my best to not purchase from Best Buy again. Customers should not need a membership for a reasonable return time frame.

I’ve been using Otter Box phone cases for well over a decade now. I used to be in construction and back then the Otter Boxes were supposedly water proof - they claimed you could submerse your phone in up to 10 feet of water and it would still work. I never did that, but I did regularly have it on (and use it) while in the pouring rain and have tossed it off of roofs (to someone below) and never had any problems. That sold me on the brand and I’ve continued using Otter Box Defender cases ever since. They (Otter Box Defenders) aren’t completely waterproof anymore and I no longer work in construction, but they still come in very handy for me in the classroom (I’m a teacher now) when one of the kids gets out of line and I need to throw something. I’m just joking about that last part, of course, but the cases really are still drop resistant - I sometimes just toss it on the ground when one of the kids makes fun of me for having a belt clip phone case (apparently that’s not a trendy style right now). I get the last laugh occasionally when one of their phones gets cracked from just falling out of their backpack. I also win any “phone duels” because it’s WAY faster to pull it out of the belt clip holster than a pants pocket. So if you’re interested in this product, it is a good one… as long as you don’t mind little 10 year old diaper-wearing babies making fun of you for using a belt clip phone case.

This case is nice in terms of protection and fit for my iPhone 15 Plus. However, I do not like the slight buldge when the iPhone is fit within this case. It does not lay flat, so eventually I changed to a MagSafe case instead.

I love this phone case. It is easy to grip and has good friction with surfaces preventing the phone from sliding easily. It's durable and keeps the sensitive parts of the phone protected from dirt and other damage. It also makes the phone feel more ruggedized. I also like the fact that it has a heat sink to help pull heat away from the phone. A must for anyone who wants to extend the life of their phone!

The protection is awesome and the clip makes it great to move it around depending on the task at hand…crawling through crawl space, bending over tubs, laying down to reach hard to access plumbing parts, etcetera

Great case!! My husband refuses to buy any case that isn’t an Ottorbox, and his phone has always survived even the worst falls. The only issue used to be that you could not plug the phone in without an adapter, but that is FIXED now making it a perfect!!

I really love this case I’ve always been a fan of their company. I always feel that my phone is protected with the OtterBox case. I’ve even dropped my phone a couple times since I had the case and no damage was sustained to my phone great product.

This case is great at protecting the phone and it has a sleek design. The only downfall is that it is a little tough to get it positioned right on a multi device charger that I have. I have to turn it sideways most of the time so that it will hit on the correct place to charge. Other than that no complaints!

The GOAT of iPhone cases. Can’t be beat for protection. Best part is the case has a good grip. You get what you pay for.
