Was a great value for the price. Instructions on how to use good. Cooking, defrosting, reheating my coffee....all good. Haven't had a problem with anything that I have nuked. Only problem, which I only consider a "tiny" one is with the tab at the bottom right that opens the door takes some presure, which makes the Microwave move a bit on the tile counter top.

Needed a microwave to replace my 14 year old Kenmore microwave which after years of great, dependable service had now gone to microwave heaven. Panasonic was highly recommended online, so I decided to give it a try. I loved the large size, the various functions provided, and the reasonable price tag. After several weeks, I can say that I made the right decision. I am very much pleased with its look and performance, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to buy a microwave.

Bought an LG a year ago and barely heated the food. What should've taken 30 seconds took 2 minutes. This microwave is quite the opposite, in a good way. What should take 30 seconds takes just that ans it's hot.....very satisfied!!!!! The LG was the same wattage and slightly smaller.

Great purchase works well. Has a lock button every time you start the microwave and have to click the button to unlock the door. I’m guessing it’s a safety feature. Takes awhile to get used to. Overall good microwave.

Great microwave, don't love the auto lock function but otherwise good purchase

A very nice microwave. Pros: You can set the exact minutes & seconds of the food you wish to cook. Cons; Has a child safety lock. You can disable it, but if you lose power, it resets and will have the child lock back on again. So keep the instructions handy to alway know how to disable the child saftey lock feature. Also pressing the numbers... Appears you have to be spot on perfect when you press them or it won't accept your input.

We just bought this microwave today. Upon getting it home and out of the box we realized it was damaged (large dents on top and side). So back to Best Buy we went to return. We exchanged for another of this same model. We get the new one home. No denting, but something is off. The door does not align with the control panel and appears crooked. The door does open and close fine, so that appears to be cosmetic. The stainless steel wrap as i will call it does bulge out slightly at the top, again really appears to be cosmetic. The most annoying thing is this one does not sit level on the countertop. It wobbles when you open or close the door or touch it. The original one with the dents did not do this, nor did our old microwave so no it is not our countertop it is the microwave. Tired of driving back and forth 30 minutes each way to Best Buy, we stuck a rubber foot on the bottom of the microwave to level it and decided to live with this one. It gets two stars because it is functional. But $200 is way overpriced. Nothing about the microwave is square and it looks cheap and janky because of the misaligned door, bulging stainless steel wrap, and unlevel footing. We recommend picking a different brand given the issues with the 2 out of 2 we brought home today. These clearly have some design problems.

Quiet and spacious and easy to clean on the inside

I'm a fan of the Panasonic Inverter technology. I bought this for my elderly Mother-in Law, Her older Panasonic microwave still ran fine, however after many years of use, it began to show its age cosmetically. This one is similar in design so she was happy she didn't have to relearn the buttons. It has an interior light that some have complain is too dim. Compared to no light in the previous one, this light is an added bonus. We find it sufficient to determine if something is bubbling over or not. This oven heats things very quickly! The features are plentiful, and are easy to understand and operate. There are two child safety features on this. One prevents a child from inadvertently starting the machine, and the other prevents a child from opening the door and possibly scalding themselves. They are both easily disabled. Deactivate door lock by pressing Turbo Defrost, and then quickly pressing Popcorn. A long beep means success! To reactivate, use the same sequence or just unplug and plug back in. The oven start function is disabled by pressing Stop/Reset button 3 times in a row. To enable, press Start 3 times in a row. In summary, we are very pleased with the performance, features and price of this microwave.

This is a powerful microwave for its size, and I love the fact that it does not take up a lot of counter space. It also has this new technology that monitors the temperature while reheating and doesn't allow your food to overcook! Definitely a great value!

Replaced a lower wattage microwave and so far so good. Heats up food, etc very well. Good size. Does show prints more than I would like for it to and a light up display would have been 5 stars. Otherwise it's a good purchase and I'd recommend or buy again

Bought this for my mother for her small kitchen. Nice and compact but still powerful and easy to use.

I'm very pleased with the Panasonic microwave. It is a good size, but leaves about 7" of counter space in front. The oven operates easily and efficiently with a rotating turntable and the inner surface is easy to clean. I appreciate the sensor cook and defrost features.

This microwave works well and is easy to use. It beats my Hamilton beach that died after 2 years of use by far! It microwaves food fast has a nice large plate and lots of space on the inside! I also love the reheat function with the sensors

We’ve had this microwave for a month now. As far as looks go, it is aesthetically appealing, so that’s a plus. It works great and not to big and bulky. I love the different modes, and the ease of use. The reheat option has been my favorite so far. The door handle is easy to open which is nice compared to some that are a bit harder to push to open. The only reason I have this 4 stars is that it didn’t sit level on the counter and wabbles a tiny bit. One of the legs on the bottom front is a tad bit shorter. These can be adjusted but I can’t seem to loosen it enough to adjust it. Osier my husband will figure this out.. Fingers crossed. Over all, I’m satisfied with choice for our family. We have 4 kids, and they manage to Ouse if all the functions just fine as well. Which is a plus! The child lock feature is nice as well as easy to turn off.

The wife uses this more pro's it heats stuff great, looks nice, LED interior lite . Con's its very loud , I don't like the door has a lock so you cant just pop the door open. the lock is #0 even if its done cooking you need to unlock the door

It works good and is not too big despite its 1200W. It is not as sturdy as my older Panasonic microwave but works well. My main complaint is that if you are trying to use it again (within a few minutes of your last cycle), you will need to press the reset button first. Then, you can run another heating cycle

We purchased this microwave based on others' reviews and have been delighted with it! We are a 3-person household and use it at least once daily. Easy to use, powerful, and good-looking. Highly recommend!
