These are of a better quality and have more energy density. Just compare the specks while shopping over the long run these are a much better by and have more applications than just game controllers.

Eneloop Pro rechargable NiMH

The sale price was $10 less than the lowest prices you can find on-line at a reputable site. I use these batteries in my Sony hot shoe flash and wireless transmitter, so far they're great and have no regrets buying these! The Eneloop Pros are very highly rated everywhere you look with the most common CON being that they take a long time to recharge.

Very great for xbox controllers

They're meant to be used for cameras, so Panasonic forgive me but I'm using these to game.

Use in camera equipment

If you are not convinced that these batteries will slightly enhance the recycle times, there are online videos that demo the differences between the regular Eneloop and the Pro series.

Make sure you use a Panasonic Eneloop charger or one that can individually charge each battery. The other brands that charge all the batteries at once are not ideal for these Eneloops.

Best rechargeable batteries out there
