I work in a small office and we had a need to replace an old corded 2 line phone. After doing a lot of research, I settled on the Panasonic 2 line cordless with Bluetooth. It was easy to set up, and I synced my cell phone to it in a short amount of time. If you are at least moderately tech savvy, the set up on this phone is easy, although the menu could be easier, and the instructions could be clearer. Sound quality is excellent, and over all it is a well designed phone. I would recommend to anyone needing a cordless 2 line phone.

I've been using an older Panasonic 2-line cordless expandable phone system for years, and have always loved its easy of use and sound quality. But time and the need to incorporate new technologies for increased convenience made it necessary to look at something new.
This model not only lets me talk to my 2 land lines, it also allows me to connect up to 4 cell phones via bluetooth as additional lines. While the phone only allows you to talk to one bluetooth device at a time, I never talk to more than 1 cell at a time anyway.
The base unit is also compatible with any standard bluetooth headset…so I no longer have to use a wired headset connected to the jack in one of the handsets.
When my cell phones are out of range (like when I leave), they're no longer "connected" to the phone system…but as soon as I bring it back in range they immediately reconnect automatically. Same if I turn off the bluetooth headset…when I turn it back on it reconnects.
This system gives you almost infinite control. Configure each handset or the base to ring or not…on a line-by-line basis. Set each handset or the base to display caller ID info, or to announce it verbally. Intercom between the base an a handset (or between handsets), or conference multiple handsets in. Block repeating junk callers.
I stored my entire computer address book in the phone…about 1000 names and numbers (it actually holds about 3000).
Then, of course, theres the built-in answerer with up to 2 separate messages for each line…and each message can be set to play during certain time periods. Two separate voicemail boxes…one for each line.
The handsets on this phone don't sound quite as good as the ones from my old Panasonic system, but they certainly don't sound bad. With my headset they sound great.
The only downside I see to this system is that because of all the features, configuration takes some time and effort…more than my old system. But that's a consequence of the fact that this system does so many more things than the old system…you couldn't possibly include enough buttons and menu items to control all the different things this system can do. Besides, once you get it set up right, you don't need to do it again...

Easy to use and set up. Good sound quality. Batteries seem to not hold a charge as long as other portable phones.

It was an upgrade to my previous phone system and was intended to allow me more freedom around the house. The instructions and operating system were easy to understand and allowed me to set it up in minimum time. I have been very pleased with the outcome of the purchase and have enjoyed using the new system. It is much better than what I previously had. Recommend it for others. Thank You!

I recently changed my VoIP carrier and their device does not support a security gate call box. So I had to find a two line phone (one for VoIP and the other for the security gate) and have had good success with Panasonic systems in the past. This one also includes bluetooth sync with multiple cell phones so you can use the base and handsets for your cell calls. Confusing to the wife, but she's getting the hang of it. Too bad they don't include more handsets in the package, because they are not available through Best Buy and are expensive per handset. I had been using my older Panasonic set for over 8 years and I'm sure it would still be going strong. I expect this set to last a long time as well.

I got rid of my "phone system" at the office a while back because I didnt need all of the extensions so I have been using a 15yr old phone and old plantronics headset for a while. After going through a bunch of parts for the headset it was time to upgrade to a bluetooth system. This phone works well and the large caller ID comes in very handy

I bought this when I upgraded my cable service and got the phone service included. We only have had cell phones for many years now and had no use for a home phone but I had started looking for one that could connect to my families cells so that I would not have to carry it around the house with me. This has really fit the bill. We have all three of our cell phones hooked up to it and they ring the home phone and I can use a handset or my cell. The link was easy and the phone tells you who is calling. 2 handsets are included with the base unit, but with the base unit being used as a speaker phone you have three phones throughout the house which for us means there is always a phone near by when a call comes in. The phone announces the caller and their identity so you know if you need to pick up.

Phone works great for day to day usage. The charger is however very unique - it looks like a network cable with one end to the power. The support for mobile integration is cool but the fact that my mobile contacts merges with the contacts on the landline is something i need to get used to. Add to that my wife's cell phone contacts also merged to the landline we now have a gazzilion contacts on the phone. Wish they had some sort of isolation by phones. So, I have stopped synchrozing my contacts to the landline. Otherwise the phone is great and value for money. The additional handset is a lot pricy due to the need to support 2 lines. Would have liked to have one more handset for this price !!

Feature rich 2 line phone. The larger displays are a great improvement, particularly on the base! Glad they stayed with AA rechargeable instead of using proprietary batteries. Overall, it's a keeper.

As usual, price was part of my decision. This system was at the high end of what I expected to pay but once I started using it, it was well worth the cost. The speaker phone on the system is exceptional. Conversation is very clear for myself and whoever is on the other end. I really like being able to link it to my smart phone. I was also surprised to find out it speaks out the callers name when ringing. That is a good feature, I don't have to break my neck to answer to an unwanted caller.

This phone took some getting used to, I was almost ready to return it cause I couldn't figure out how to answer it half the time. The directions don't help, the writer isn't very straight forward about simple things like picking it up and using it with a headset. Then I decided to keep it because of the features, so I knew it had everything I needed for my small business. I didn't test out every feature, but the ones I use so far seem to work.

For a small business it is excellent. I like the flexibility of hooking my cell up to charge and using the hand set if I get cell calls instead of the cell phone. This was the only true two line phone I could find in stores and I'm glad I found it. I haven't even scratched the surface of setting up all the potential options!
