Great phones for the money. I like having the option of adding more phones to this system, whenever the need arises. Additionally, I like the ring tone options.

I LOVE these phones. I've had them for almost a month now. I would say I'm 90% not tech savvy. I found it very easy to set up the phonebook, and I love that you enter from one (any) of the handsets, and the entries or edits appear all of the handsets. I LOVE that the keypad lights up when you pick up the phone - just adds a little bling! and you can use the phone in the dark if needed. I love the base answering machine that announces the name of the caller and contrary to other reviews I have seen, I am of the opinion that the voice clearly announces the caller. The volume control is excellent and is certainly loud enough and adjustable. I love the message system which IDs the number of messages on the main base and easy to erase when no longer needed. Compared to my last set of phones, the caller's voice is very clear, and I have been told my voice is noticeably clearer to the caller. These phones are easy to set up and very intuitive. Instructions booklet gives clear and easy to follow instructions. -- I have not yet had a chance to set-up and use link2cell. I love that it has Bluetooth capability although I have not yet used it -- but at least it's there if I want it. For everything that this phone system offers, I feel that it is extremely reasonably priced. This is one really terrific phone system. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend.

Purchased to replace an older Panasonic cordless phone (which was great!)..EZ to read display, call block feature works well, sound quality is great and the answering machine and link to cell features are excellent.

I bought a similar unit for my mom, and now one for my house. Easy set up, great range, long battery capacity, good sound quality. We use the speakerphone and call block functions all the time. With three handsets, we've got the spread around always keeping one nearby.

I purchased this item to replace a previous Panasonic cordless phone system. It is an easy system to use and the price was right. The system also includes bluetooth. My only comment is to be aware that this system doesn't have a flashing light to indicate notification of a voice mail (as well as when ringing). The answering system can be turned off for use with carrier voice mail.

I love my new phones. Very easy to read numbers. Everything is easy to use. Answering system is really easy to use. I love that you can block calls while the call is coming through. I would recommend this phone.

I originally purchased an AT&T system which only held 50 phone numbers which came as quite a shock since it held 1,000 in the call block directory. What were they thinking. The AT&T system went into the garage sale pile and I hurried down to Best Buy to pick up the Panasonic system. The Panasonic holds 3,000 phone numbers! No more pruning the entry list, there is finally room for everyone! I was drawn to the crisp, clean look of the system. The white with navy blue is really striking. It pairs well with the I-Phone 7 which makes it convenient to answer calls on the house line with my cell phone. The only drawback is the space allocated for names is a bit too short. They could have increased it ten characters and only stored 2,500 entries. We did manage to get all our entries made albeit with some oddball abbreviations. This is an excellent system and is well priced for the features.

I researched numerous cordless phones & felt this was the best one. I particularly like that there were 3 phones & I could use 2 by just plugging them into a regular electrical outlet. They really have every option I could ever need. The set up was quick & easy. I am very satisfied

Cons: If you want to temporarily mute the phones, say, to take a nap or eat dinner, there is no easy way to do that. It involves muting each handset separately (via an undocumented long press "Mute" function shared by the "zero" key), then additionally muting the ringer in the base station. Unmuting involves the reverse procedures. Contacts imported do not import the phone number type. For instance, if your contact for "Tom" has a home, office, and cell number, it merely imports "Tom" three times with a number. There is no way to tell which number is which. Pros: The cell link feature is innovative and very useful. I downloaded my contacts from my cell to the Panasonic in just a few minutes. The sound quality is good. The design is attractive (I bought the white/blue one). The large buttons easy to use and the large LCD display is easy to read. Batteries are a common type that can be bought anywhere.

This was a excellent investment. The phone has a nice soft ring. Fits nicely in the hand What I like best is the call blocker from the improper calls.

This is a great compact design that looks updated from previous models. Very easy to setup. Love the ability to connect my mobile phone via the Bluetooth option. Very nice to leave my phone anywhere in the house knowing I can answer a call from one of these handsets.

This Panasonic phone system, KX-TGD563A, is a versatile inexpensive phone system of three handsets. They are very easy to set up and program. It is capable of audible caller ID and can block unwanted phone calls. Inputting contacts is fairly easy. The sound characteristics are excellent.

Very happy with this phone.Easy to set up and plenty of options. I like the phone number block option which eases the market calls that constantly call.

older cordless of about 9 yrs needednew battery & reception had decreased. This new phone has good reception and is such an improvement. Have not paired with cell yet but will try. Have started blocking robo calls which is great. Announces caller. Answering machine works well. Pleased with purchase.

I resisted getting portable phones for a long time, instead preferring to use long cords. Those cords eventually show wear, and need to be replaced. Also, my friends who used these portable type phones would often complain about reception and charging issues. So, when I finally decided to make the switch, I wanted a quality product from a name I trusted, and my experience with Panasonic products over many, many years has been outstanding. I won't say I wish I's done this sooner, but I have no regrets in the choice I made in buying this set. Reception is great, ease of use is a plus, and having a unit in my living room, kitchen and basement is so convenient. No more running up and down the steps, or scooting from one room to another. I always appreciate quality products, and I got that in this Panasonic product, at a very affordable price.

I love that with my Comcast voice service the caller ID speaks the name of who is calling. It is very simple to use.

We had a different brand (well known name) and these phones blow them away. Clear, easy to setup, and nice looking. love the blue and white look. highly recommend if you are looking to get cordless phones.

We bought this new phone because of the static on the line - turns out that we didn't need to because the static was caused by some external connection that was rerouted to a new junction box or some sort of thing. This phone sound fine.
