If you are the kind of person who never reads the owners manual then don't buy this phone. You must use the owners manual in the setup. Also, one of the charger bases did not work. Since there was plenty of charger bases I didn't bother returning it to Best Buy since I had spent a few hours setting up the phone and didn't want to start over. Didn't need the charger base. Other than that it is a great phone with some really nice feature. Works great but don't through away the owners manual. You will need it.

appears to be a better quality product, I. especially like the fact that it announces the caller as soon as the phone rings.

Purchased this phone for a small office and the have an answering machine. It works perfectly for our use. Very easy to set up.

With four wireless phones - they cover a lot of territory including our garage. We especially like the benefit of forwarding our phone messages to our cell phone as we travel a lot. The instructions are easy to follow and we use the intercom extensively. We have already recommended this phone system to friends.

It's a good phone with more features than we'll ever use, but it's an excellent phone. Really like it. Good features!

Phone works well. Announces callers and let's you know if you have a message.

Set-up was so easy. Had a Panasonic before so I wanted the same brand. They last.

this system is very good - like that you can block numbers you don't want.

Easy to set up and does not require any special tools or materials. Once set up,he phone system works well and gives you more control for all functions than a normal system. Clear strong reception in all rooms and away from the base unit around the whole yard.

The speak announcing for the caller ID is great. You need to program it in order to get the persons name right.

This appears to be a very good phone system. However, it is too complicated for most people's needs. I wanted a good cordless phone system (not cell) that I could use all over the house. This system meets that requirement. But it has so many other things that are neither needed nor wanted that it is much more complicated than necessary to use. I would recommend this to a friend but only with reservations. Why pay for so many features that will never be used?

This is my second Panasonic phone system. It works great, large buttons, no static or interference.

I didn't need a range extender as the range is 100 yrds. out to my barn and I have good reception.
