Clear voice quality for both incoming and outgoing calls. Easy volume control, easy set up, nice variety of ring tones, caller ID, and the best feature of all - call blocking!! It also comes with a phone directory feature that is a little cumbersome to set up, but after reading the directions, it was easy. The base unit provides versatility in choosing a desk or wall mount which is actually a very nice feature. Easy to use answering system with great quality voice playback. Beautiful champagne gold color is a breath of fresh air from a decorating standpoint. Plenty of extra handsets and the range from handset to base is perfect for taking the phone outdoors while doing yard work. Overall, one of the nicest landline phones I have ever owned. The phone is easy to use has a very good sound with no static. Attractive and does not stand out in mt home. Very good phone so far.

Not many actual phones on the market any more that will sit flat on the wall. If you still like having a land line that does everything and looks good as well, this phone is for you. Panasonic still puts out well made products that feel solid and function perfectly. Great sound, user features and price; go to a Best Buy where you can actually feel the product and you will see what I am talking about...can't do that w/ Amazon.

The system is extremely easy to set-up and use. Phone clarity is very good and the volume raises the sound quality loud enough for those with hearing issues to still be able to hear the conversation. The only drawback to this system is that with the three cordless units and the base unit active you can only use two of them on any one call. If you try to talk on a third phone it shows the system as busy on the screen and you cannot listen in on the conversation. The color is very subtle and pleasing. The ringer is very loud and distinctive easy to hear from anywhere in the house.

I love the color, goes great with my home decor, sound is clear ring is loud, easy to set up.

This phone is horrible! The base unit doesn’t work and is useless after 2 months. The buttons don’t work and I can’t call out on it. The handsets work still. I was very happy with the whole system while it worked- the handsets had good range, good sound quality, easy to use, etc. I’m very disappointed now!

I am very satisfied with the clarity of this phone as I use it in a metal sided building. Clarity and distance were often a problem,the price compared to others were very reasonable for what I got.

Bought this phone system to replace our old multi phone system, because it finally lost all battery charging power. When we saw the price of the replacement batteries, it was remarkably cost prohibitive, so we went with this model because of the similar operational features. Best Buy offered the best price point too! Happy accident, lucky break!

Needing a land line in our home this phone fits the bill. Easy to program and the call block feature works well.

While there are too many “gadgets” and it’s taking time to learn features and continue to look in manual the phones have been ideal for my main needs - louder ring and clear/audible listening, been very happy thus far

This phone looks good in my roooms. It rings and sounds clear. Another great feature is the extended range from the base which gives me the ability to work in my backyard and take it with me. The messaging feature is important to me and so is the capacity to store numbers. I Have this phone just over a moth and I have no complaints.

Beautiful color, very stylish, volume loud and clear, numbers large to see and the base phone with 3 cordless receivers with clip ons are so convince and helpful. Place the phones all over the house and great for outside too. Love it, Love it especially when you don't have run all over the house when the phone rings.

Handy to have extra phones. The only thing is ring could be louder.

So far I am very happy with the my purchase of these phones. The only thing I would like improved is that the volume on incoming calls could be higher since I am older and a little hard of hearing. Also they are very easy to set up and programs.

Almost everything that I required apart from Blue tooth to link up to my cell phone...but no big deal....the block button is brilliant..overall an excellent product

Very good quality and I like having the 3 cordless phones that come with it. Nice large display on the base. Easy to read. Haven't used all the features yet, but there are a lot of features.

We got this system to replace our old system to replace the one that gave up the ghost. It's a lot clearer than the old system which is the reason we got it.
