We were looking for a landline with a cord and at least two handheld, Best buy had what we were looking for!

Been using this phone for a few months and its made our lives a bit easier.. There's a lot of scammers so not picking up the phone and letting it go to voice mail seems like the best choice. The nice thing about this phone is that it literally reads out the caller. Sometimes, it will just say "potential spam." The phone has plenty of other features, but haven't experimented or read about them yet.

The phone is excellent but the instructions are a little confusing. I am still figuring out how to use it fully. I am able to call and receive calls. But as for the other areas, I am still learning. It has an instruction booklet that covers all of the areas. I do like what I have been able to learn and use . I would recommend it. At 75 years old this new technology is a real challenge. Buy it; so far it is worth the money,

I am loyal to this brand of phone. Easy set up. Same as previous models. Clear sound. Always a winner!

I really like these phones. I especially like they block unwanted spam callers for me so I don't have to be bothered with them. Good quality phones and happy with my purchase.

Great phones - only drawback is rechargeable batteries they came with only lasted 1 day. Replaced with fresh rechargeable batteries and now they only last maybe 2-3 days. Older phones I had held a charge for at least 4-5 days sometimes a whole week. Nothing is made like it use to be. However, I would recommend the phones.

Excellent, easy to connect abd working very well, have two extra cordless phones so convenient for families

Apparently this is an outdated phone system. No one carries the handsets to expand the system and it will not register handsets from older Panasonic cordless systems. I was unable to register it as a new phone online as the model number does not show up in the select box on the form. System seems to work OK, disappointed there is no support for it.

Overall, the base unit and drone phones work well and sound quality is good. It's a bit annoying to need to hit "CID" to remove the notification of a missed call, and the handset of the base unit phone is not as hefty as I would like--but considering the price, this is a very nice telephone set up.

Purchased for Aunt over 85 yrs old with health issues. Love the announce caller feature and that it uses regular rechargeable AAA batteries (manual recommends HHR-4DPA batteries. To order: http://shop.panasonic.com/support) The battery backup in the corded base is essential in power failures with frequent storms in this area. But even without the batteries, the corded base will work with home landlines to make and receive emergency calls. Internet phones and even cell phones are useless without electricity and cell tower connection. IMPORTANT: Every home should have a landline and at least one Panasonic corded phone for emergencies.

Got this at a discount as an open box item. Works well as our business phone connected via VOIP line. The range on the portables are excellent. We are able to keep one out front and in the back office about 25 feet apart with walls and no drop in quality. Vocal call id and voice answering. Perfect for what we needed.

I love this phone. It blocks more than the older version. It has automatic block for robocalls and automated calls. It blocks private callers as well as unavailable. If you are tired of scam callers etc. This phone is for you.

We have been happy with the new answering system and extra phones in other rooms. We still need to learn all the ins and outs, but it is working out well.

LOVE this phone! My favorite feature is the Call Block. Wit a push of a button, I can block unwanted soliciting calls. The MAIN reason, hover, that I bought this phone is that it is among the rare few that still have a headphone jack on the handset. There are many other features I haven't explored yet, but so far, so good!
