Horrible Experience with this Product!

It was a disaster from the get go and ultimately ended up having to send my MacBook in to the Geek Squad to remove the programs, and even then traces of the program lingered in my hard drive and caused conflicts with my Microsoft Office products. I ultimately ended up having to take my MacBook to the Apple store to have them wipe it out and take care of the issue. Worst computer experience I have ever had.
