As long as you order the correct wiring harness for your vehicle from the web it is easy to install. That is if you have any car audio install knowledge. Once installed it syncs with my Samsung SG3 and it lets me do one button press voice recognition dialing. It seems to ununderstand me every time too. I do a lot of driving for work and since the law changed this is a must. As far as the audio streaming goes, it's ok. Let me clear that it has its own audio amplifier that it plays your phones music through. While the quality is "ok" on audio playback, I prefer better. However, the audio for phone calls is SUPERB.

I installed this myself in my Saturn Vue. There was no harness available, so I bought one that had the proper connectors and I rewired it appropriately (I have a degree in electronics, and worked as an industrial technician for a number of years). It worked right away without a hitch, but one: My car uses the speaker closest to the driver to send audible signals to the driver indicating various things (turn signal on - clicking noise, etc.). This is no longer heard as when the Parrot stops those signals passing through to the speaker, they are no longer heard. Additionally, the instructions do not indicate that the Parrot control does in fact stop the audio in from passing through it when the Parrot is playing a sound (priority to the Parrot generated audio). Overall, the unit sounds very good - crisp, midtones and high end is clear, although the low end may need to be adjusted, but if you have a sub, I would not expect this to be an issue in the least. The biggest problem I had with the install was where to place the screen so that it would not obstruct my view of the road and yet still be able to viewed. I refused to drill any holes anywhere that could be seen, so I ran the wires next to the steering column and mounted it near the cluster. The turn signal lever obstructs my view slightly, but is acceptable. Last but certainly not least, I use OnStar, so having this unit did not affect my OnStar capability. I no longer pay OnStar for phone minutes since I use my cellular phone when paired. By doing so, I have paid for the cost of the Parrot unit through my savings.

I have found the Parrot Bluetooth Hands free car kit very useful and safer to conduct business while driving. I highly recommend it to anyone. make sure you get the wiring harness for your vehicle, it made installing a snap. I loaded all my music on a 16GB disk and keep it in the display card slot...so now I can effortlessly play music whenever I want while driving. A nice added bonus wasn't expecting.

Installed at Best Buy and my whole experience was fantastic. I did invest in special recommended harness and because of that can use my cars audio amp for phone call volume and Bluetooth streaming. Works superbly.

I bought this for my parents for a used 2009 Toyota Corolla that they bought that didn't have hands free. We had Best Buy do the installation and help them connect the device and they love it. It was a great solution for a car that didn't have hands free and also allows term to use XM radio through the phone and also Google maps.

The mki9200 is by far the best tech I have purchased. I have them in two of my BMW's and they work flawless. Its a great addition to any older car without Bluetooth.

The mki9200 sound quality is amazing. It works seamlessly with my factory radio. In addition to it's bluetooth calling functions, audio is streamed from your phone through your radio so that you can play music and and apps such as navigation, Pandora, etc.. If you are installing it yourself, I recommend getting the proper wiring harness for your vehicle.

I installed it myself in a Mazda 3 in less than an hour. I am technically inclined and so I would not recommend self install without the car specific cables. Otherwise you have to do a lot of cutting and splicing of wires. This is what I did but with the wiring harness it would have only taken about 20 minutes to install. It is its own power amp and basically disconnects your speakers from your radio and uses them for its own signal when needed. Unless you have a radio with line inputs you will have no front to rear fade capability with the Parrot. When using your car radio nothing changes.

The product is nice, but would be better if it was made known that a make/model specific harness will be needed, as I was informed by the Best Buy audio installation people. Still a good product for the money.

Good product but the controller on the steering wheel is a problem. Don't quite know how to overcome this but overall I would recommend the product.

Over all I'm happy with the unit. there is a few things that are smooth as they could be.The voice, English and American are the same and sometimes hard to understand. Don't like the extra cords sticking out. Sometimes the iPhone cord does not charge the phone. It kicks on than off then on again...

This item was to replace a previous parrot 3400 Bluetooth which had failed. I was very concerned when ordered if the wiring harness would adapt - old to new. I did previously install an aftermarket wiring harness adapter for the parrot 3400. When the earlier unit was unplugged- the MKi 9200 plugged in directly. There was no additional wiring. Was up and working within 20 min. Was great buy- both price- as close out and new tech then installed prior. Thanks

Very nice for the money. Very clear , you can hear the person calling fine, and they can't tell you are using Bluetooth.

I had this installed in my wife car so she could use hands free calling etc, and she found she could play music hands/wirelessly, plus the ability to use voice to make calls etc. If she is happy then I am happy. Best buy exceeded my expectations with the product and installation

Bought a wire harness for it to make it plug and play. No luck, still not working.

It is great to be able to answer the phone with out looking for and trying to find the cell phone

The one I had before this had a much better sound. I can hear the roar of my motor when this one is engaged. It does have a lot more options. I have an appointment this Friday to see what they can do about the sound. I'm hoping to get the problem resolved.

Have not installed this one yet. Old one works good. New one has more features.
