great first phone for my grandson.he liked it, a lot.

Geek squad reset my password and updated software. I was starting a new job and needed the computer up to speed.

so much better than my old phone. technology light years ahead. only caveat is the price. a little steep.

Had accompanied wife, who went to the techs to get her computer to open up. Wasn’t looking for anything in particular, just browsing around, when I came across a bin of blueray movies at drastically marked down prices. Here I found cartoon movies of tweety bird and Sylvester, that I watched when I was a kid. I picked two of them for my grandkids, who just loved these. I say that my money was well spent.

The team was nice knowledgeable in any fishing. They took their time to explain everything that what was being serviced to my computer. And they made sure I understood everything that was being done to my computer. No matter what question I asked the answered it with professionalism.

Great service and excellent explanation to my pc problems. 1) Needed to reset a forgotten password on a retired pc. 2) Needed to order and replace the dead battery. Autumn P. took her time explaining how a pc works. Also ordered me a replacement battery. I'm a mac user, but don't know much about pc. i give Autumn 5-Stars! Thank you Autumn.

The agent literally cleaned all the old outdated things off my laptop and allowed for room to load new items that I needed. Got rid of items loaded by someone else and got it vack to working corrwctly.

Great geek squad guy repaired our lap top quickly, he was so knowledgeable and empathized with us, as this covid event was just starting and my son needed to do school work right away. Kudos to geek squad!! Thank you so much

Some how my password was changed. The Geek Squad took 10 minutes to unlock it. Easy, but still spent $40 for 10 minutes.

The guy that helped me has helped me before. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time and shows me not only explaining in a fast way, has great customer service skills and is an asset to Your Best Buy store.

I got a Kitchen Aid mixer; I've wanted one for years but couldn't justify the expense. However the markdown on the sale put it in budget for me. Makes baking much less of a mess than it had been.
