Customers value the Victrix Pro BFG controller's customizable button layout and high-quality build, citing the excellent feel and responsiveness as key strengths. Many appreciate the extensive customization options and generally positive battery life, although some find the controller lightweight and smaller than expected. A significant portion of feedback centers on the high price point and the lack of vibration features. While some experienced stick drift, others reported no such issues.

Controller is very nice in the hands. It’s on the bigger side of the controller I’ve used. The one complaint i have are how close the underside paddles are together. If they were spaced out just alittle more this would’ve been a 5 star for me.

One, yes its pricey. 2 its worth it, especially if you like xbox elite controllers better on any platform. For me the toggles are too close together and the ps5 original controller is bulkier than older ps remotes--hand ends up cramping and long game play suffers. Once i switched the layout of left side to match xbox controller i haven't put it down. replayed GOW2, TLOU 1 &2 AND RE2/3 remakes with ease. you wont miss the vibrate and gimmicky features, usually turn them off for COD anyway. WELL DONE

Super simple basic xbox controller with a fee extra buttons and lights. I tried so many other ones, turns out I need simple/super basic. Maybe not quite worth the price, but I like it.

This is an amazing third party controller that creates a better playing field for those who want to settle down with something spectacular! Not only is the controller well designed, it features hall-effect sticks that breathe MORE LIFE into your sticks wear and usage. (Meaning, they run off of a digital software that is supposed to enable easier recalibration & configuration that most basic controllers don’t allow).
-Changeable Sticks
-Swappable Modules
-Impact Carrying Protection Case
-3m UBC to A Chord

Love this controller! I found it hard to switch over to PS5 controller after having a Xbox One for years. I seen that this controller was for the PS5 but had the buttons set up similar to my Xbox controller. This controller made it way easier to adjust!

It's amazing. I have had it for a couple months now and its still good. No stick drift, no delay, dropped it like 5 times and its still in near perfect condition. its kinda overpriced but still good.

So far loving the controller. Playing FPS games and the fact that all the buttons are customizable is a huge plus. The hair L2 and R2 feels like a mouse click. It does take getting used to if you’ve never played with paddles on the back. On top of all that love the white and purple looks good and the case is awesome too. The only downside for me is having to have windows to use the app.

When I first started to use the PDP - Victrix Pro BFG Wireless Controller for my PS4, I had some concerns due to the 'light' feel in my hands (less weight is due to no vibrating components in the controller which is okay because sometimes with certain games the vibration is not needed), but it has been working great (like a more expensive controller) and it has been for a few months now! I would definitely buy this product again.

Little bit too lite in weight but overall fells good in hands. Love the interchangeable parts, especially the fighting game buttons option. Triggers feel a little weird.

The controller is really cool buttons feels really nice but unfortunately it’s a bit too big for my hands and it doesn’t feel as comfortable as I would like it to be

Simply put it just doesn't live up to the high price tag, I use this as my preferred pad for any shooters but thats about it. I don't play any fighting games, so half the features are lost on me and anyone else that doesn't play them. I feel this would have made a much better and more enticing product if it was sold standalone for $120 with the case and sticks, and you could buy the fightpad module separate. I didn't have any issue with the build quality like some, the triggers though sound hollow and cheap, and the mechanism for trigger locks is quite frankly stupid and overly complicated. Unfortunately at its price it just lives in the shadow of the dualsense edge for just a little more, as just about every defining feature of the PS5 controller is cut out of this, meaning for games designed around the dualsense features you may need to keep one handy to swap to which really makes the edge the more enticing option as no cuts or compromises are made on the first party option

Controller had a real great feel to it. I can tell it can take some time to learn how to utilize the controller which can be frustrating. What i disliked is the incompatibly with Ps4 remote play; i utlize Ps4 remote play for streaming purposes to capture gameplay on specific games and the is no use for Ps4 remote play and I've troubleshooted atleast 5 different ways on how the controller can work and no progress. Also realized how sensative the controls are in COD for example. I perfer a controller that is convenient to use and has the compabilities of all gaming use. I would still consider the Ps4 controller over this even with the quality but not worth the price of limitation and time of learning the use of the controller

Good controller. Bad app/customer service.
A bit too small for my hands but that is not a flaw. Would be good for someone that prefers smaller controllers/has smaller hands.

Excellent quality and works well on consoles and PC. Maybe my only complaint is that the back buttons are a little too easy to accidentally press, but luckily I can just unbind them so it's not an issue. The responsiveness makes this a great pad for fighting games!

Of the many features from being able to swap the drumsticks to an Xbox style or PlayStation style and also the extra buttons for the fight pad definitely recommend must pick up!

Purchased this as an alternative/replacement for the PS5 Dual Sense controller, which is just too large for my hands and sits odd on my pinky fingers with the elongated curve. This sits at a competitive price range and carries competitive features. More affordable than the Razer Wolverine II while also carrying customization and backpaddles not provided at the same price range of the Dual Sense Pro.
