Customers are enthusiastic about the Victrix Pro BFG's build quality and customization options, citing its sturdy construction and extensive personalization features as major strengths. However, some users reported issues with button responsiveness and stick drift, expressing concerns about the sensitivity of the triggers and the placement of certain buttons. While many praise the controller's weight and feel, negative experiences with button stickiness and premature wear on the sticks were also noted.

Good for about 6 months. PDP/Tutrle Bay Cust service helpless. Says 2 year warranty, but they won't even take mine after like 6 months. They are asking for video footage of something you can only feel playing a game. It's internal and they are dodging the issue. Right stick wearing super fast getting stuck in dscope making me loose ranked games. Now trigger input is lagging, and b button. Take great care of my stuff, play wired, store away when not in use. Oh yeah, I bought 3 of these things! What a shame at 200.00 for a "pro controller"! Take you chance. But don't trust PDP cust service to help.

    Amazing remote

I've loved this controller. As a person who's been living off of gamestop warranty remotes, this is a luxury. I love the customization it offers through the app, I love the tigger locks, and I love the feel in my hands. I am a person with larger hands, so if you have smaller hands, I can't guarantee it'll be the most comfortable. Its slightly larger than the standard xbox remote I feel, but it definitely works. The app is easy to navigate and offers a wide range of freedom. I've had issues where a game doesn't offer stick dead zone and my controller has stick drift. Through the app you can recalibrate and set your own stick deadzone. I haven't had the remote long enough to develop stick drift, but it is made to combat it. You can do the same for the triggers as well. I've had multiple times where I bumped my knee and accidentally shot my gun on battle field, but toy can set how far you need to pull the trigger before it activates. Super cool remote and I highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for a high quality remote that you can make yours.

I love this controller so much. But now it doesn’t work. It won’t charge, won’t factory reset, or turn on. The only way it will turn on is if i plug it in then unplug it. Some of the buttons no longer work. I bought this controller on March 1, 2025 and stopped working March 28, 2025. I would give it a 5 star rating but since it’s stopped working i’m not obviously. Hoping that it’s just faulty or something. I was stupid and didn’t get the warranty and i should have. not making that mistake again.

Best Bang for Buck in the Pro Controller World

This is, in my opinion, the best pro style controller you can buy. You have all of the features built into this controller that scream pro: 4 remappable rear buttons, a 5 way trigger lock system, swappable thumbsticks, and a protective carrying case with everything held in tight. Where this controller shines for me is the complete upgrade to the concept of fully customizable controller. You can set the trigger stops in 5 distinct positions and the hair trigger mode is so quick to activate I’ve been emptying my gun in CoD before I even realized I’ve pulled the trigger. The thumbsticks are modular and you can switch the layout easily as well as completely replace the right thumbstick with a fightpad that brings the best of a controller and a fight stick to you controller. The only negatives I have for the BFG are no pass through charging for the controller when it’s in the case and at present there are no replacements modules if you break or lose the modules provided with the controller.

This controller is super nice!! I have bought 3 total and all have worked great! I have always been a PlayStation gamer so I am still getting use to the paddles on the back but you can change your bindings which is a nice option. I changed mine like a PlayStation controller but I think I’m going to change them back. Overall great controller and I wouldn’t have spent the money if I didn’t think it wouldn’t last me forever!

Im no professional gamer but i do have a preference when it comes to ny controller. Ive used Microsofts Elite series controllers for awhile now but the stick drift can become a expensive reoccuring annoyance with those controllers. I decided to try thos controller with all of its variable positions and customizable button mapping. Didnt even use this controller for mpre than a half hour before I decided to return it..... Stick drift can be annoying for aure but not as bad as trying to play games with this contraption. For the price there should be a noticable difference in your gameplay. While there may be a difference, its definitely not a good one. Unless you are thinking of going pro and even then, id probably just stick with good ol reliable microsoft and their products that are made specifically for the xbox console. The idea of this product is fantastic but the execution along with the outrageous price is an utterfailure. Do youreself a favor and save your cash for a regular xbox controller. If one day you decide you wanna go fancier than the OG xbox controller, throw a couple more bucks at the elite series controller and get somthing worth while.

Was playing Apex Legends when my back button felt a little mushy. The buttons in the back are connected by plastic to the controller. As you use the controller it slowly wears the plastic back in forth until it snaps. The reset of the controller work but still disappointed with this flaw.

Cant deactivate the Hair Trigger option on the app or using the fisical back buttons… the Triggers are so sensitive almost like a touchscreen and theres no way to deactivate them.. its a shame this controller has so much potential and its alot cheaper than de Scuf Instinct Pro

I use the controller for PC gaming. When connected with the cable it works fantastic. The connection sometimes drops when using the dongle. Bluetooth is pretty stable but sometimes can be a little laggy. Overall, the design of the controller is great. Good weight, grips are comfortable, and you can disable the rear buttons if necessary. Be careful, the buttons are pretty sensitive and response while gaming is fast.

Easy to customize, simple to change key bindings for rear triggers, and reasonably priced compared to other premium controllers. After going through 2 “elite” controllers made by xbox, this one became my favorite and the biggest selling point was how easy it was to repair. I did develop a dead spot with one if the sticks after about a year of heavy use, but parts were easy to find and simple to replace and when you’re spending this much on something, the ability to repair it can’t be ignored.

This controller is well built and so far its been much better than anything I’ve used. Definitely better than the elite 2, and I had zero problems with that. Does have a dongle, but for those that don’t want to use it like that, it can be used as a wired controller too. Battery life is amazing! The app to update the firmware was easy on a windows 11 computer. Updated the first time. I would highly recommend this controller. Only con I had about the controller was there was a strong odor in the case and on the controller itself. Like a strong plastic smell. I left the controller out of the case and aired the case out. Now its fine. Still a must buy!

I was expecting a controller that was better than Xbox controllers. What I got was another controller that has stick drift within a very short period of time. I usually have to replace, or have repaired, every Xbox controller at least two to three times within the one year warranty period. I've owned this Vectrix since Aug. 4 and I've used it off and on between two other controllers and it already has stick drift. Hopefully the replacement or repair is painless. It made me pretty unhappy with the price, considering I have the same problem with the Xbox Elite controllers. Thinking this one, with it's much higher price would be better... I do like the features of this controller, which are great selling points, especially for serious gamers. It takes a while to get used to the positioning of the buttons, in relation to an Xbox controller, but once you have that down, it's pretty nice. I still give it 4 Stars, simply because I am hard on controller sticks because I have nerve damage and lack of control in my hands. I have friends and relatives who can't understand how I wear out the thumb sticks so quickly.

Got it for Rocketleague instead of PS controller.

Used on Series X/PC I have been using this controller for a little over a month now, not super long but by this time I am usually annoyed with something about the controller. However, this one is working out better than I figured with how gimmicky it seemed with the modules. No stick drift yet and with the left module flipped so that the joystick is on the bottom works pretty well with Rocketleague. Joysticks have a nice reset and consistent tension across the range but a clear recentering "snap" I guess I would call it. Some things to keep in mind would be if you utilize the trigger locks for FPS games, these ones are just basic and only shorten the pull on the triggers, unlike the razer controller I also have that swaps them to an actual click style button. Another thing is the paddles seem to be kinda too close for me and I find myself pressing both at the same time. Only major issue I would say I had would be the time I tried using it wirelessly, the input lag was crazy but I prefer wired controllers anyway.

I love this remote. Will never purchase another elite 2 remote that vauguly lasted a year on 3 purchases. The app is easy to use to calbrate, bind the buttons and etc. the trigger lock is great barely have to touch(a little to sensative)however getting use to it. Its ability to play wired, bluetooh or dongle is welcomed. If your just wanting wired i would go for the wired and save some money. I wanted options to switch between pc and xbox so this one works for me. comes with 3 d pad choice and and additonal 2 thumbstick options and a pad for fighting games with rt and rb on the pad so you can switch them out. All in all one of the best remotes I have used and the ability to recalibrate joysticks is awesome. the menus and option button take some getting use to for they are placed at the upper part of the remote. Good quality remote feels good in hands and is heavier than the original xbox remotes and feels a little lighte than the xbox elite 2 remote.
