best smart watch on the market, lots of apps, features and watchfaces. a week plus battery length depending on usage. shame fitbit couldn't come even close to as good of a device with what they took in the sale of the company

No, it doesn't have the features of an Apple Watch, nor did it cost 10 times as much, either. I get at least a week out of a charge, and there are just tons of apps and different watch faces available for free download. Nice styling, too.

    Replaced original Pebble

I wore my original Pebble when my wristband hit the corner of shelf or wall. My wristband went to broken :(. I didn't find strap from my wristband anywhere in my job. So, I went to Best Buy store and told Greek Squad representative that I had warranty on my original Pebble. Unfortunately, original Pebble was out of stock. They had new Pebble 2 there. I accepted it. They discounted the fair price on Pebble 2. I had setting my new Pebble 2 up and easy to use it. Sadly, Pebble Company still was out of business :(

I was able to snag this black beauty during the end of year sales. It works fantastically. Does everything that it says it does, and the battery life is good, with it lasting 6 days easily. Only two complaints, one is that Pebble sold its rights to Fitbit, so support is going to be fully gone in one year, and warranty is gone now. Second, the band is not the most comfortable. Totally worth the $89.99 for one year

Pebble Time 2 with Heart Rate Monitor

I'm sad to learn that Pebble went out of business. I've been a fan of Pebble since their startup and own 17 Pebble watches. With that said, I saw the latest (and last of the Pebble produced watch) the Pebble Time 2 with HR and decided to purchase one anyway. I am glad that I picked one up. Even though the future of Pebble watches are numbered, I think this watch will continue to function well after Fitbit (who bought out Pebble) shuts down the SDK and servers for internet connectivity. I use it mostly for notification and as a normal watch therefore internet connectivity isn't really an issue for me. The Heart Rate monitor seem to work pretty good but the watch does need to be on wrist a bit tighter than I normally wear for it to reliably read the heart rate. The black/white display is still the best for bright light reading and I really like the looks of the new design. I wish Fitbit had continued support for Pebble after their purchase of the company but who knows if the Pebble engineers and die-hard supporters will breathe new life into the existing product with one more firmware update. In any case, I also own many Android Wear smartwatches but I seem to gravitate toward Pebble watches as my main daily wear watch. Would I recommend the watch to friends and family? Yes... but with an explanation of it's future functionality and potential for loss of some functions once Fitbit shuts down the server at the end of 2017. Would I still buy remaining Pebble watches? Yes I would.

Handy features: sleep, heart and step/exercise monitors. I use it to control cell phone play list while on the road. Wore it into the shower once, to no ill effects. Comfortable to wear. Requires charging 2ce a week.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. This smartwatch checked all the boxes: It doesn't look bulky on her small wrist, the charge really does last about 6 days, it's interface and app are simple and intuitive, and it is waterproof. HR is relatively accurate, as are steps, but those aren't deal breakers as far as what she uses it for.

I'm a Pebble fan. I have been since I purchased a Pebble Time almost 2 yrs ago. I think it is the best Smartwatch around and I decided to get the Pebble 2 before it became a thing of the past due to Pebble shutting down their business operations. The battery life is second to none and it is the best companion to any smartphone.

Yes, they're discontinuing these things. Still doesn't mean that this isn't the best smartwatch money can buy. Lasts me a week before I need to charge it, does all the cool notification, alarm, and health stuff Apple or the Android Wear offerings do, and you can actually read the screen in the sun. How's that?

I personally love this item. It fit exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. I definitely wanted something that was a smart watch but could be health conscious but not necessarily a replacement for my phone. I feel like this hit the mark perfectly! The only con I have at this point is that Pebble sold to Fitbit (not necessarily a concern) and this will decrease the support for the product I believe. That being said I do plan on keeping this as it hits exactly what I wanted.

This watch was GEEKY but in all the best ways! The charge on this thing was a nerdy dream as it lasted almost a Fortnite. It was unique from all the other smartwatches out there, allowing the good geek to stand tall. The screen was always on! It got notifications. It could send texts. It had a heart rate monitor (for workout nerds). I have moved on from this dreamy device and have gone into the Apple abyss (conformist). I think this was a better smart watch. If only Pebble could have kept on keeping on. RIP.

As far as ease of use and utility, this thing has it in spades. See phone notifications (even respond to some), tracks HR mildly accurately (great for using with Endomondo), and amazing battery life with pretty much waterproof design. I only take points back for it being a Pebble software item, which comes with a terrible health app and not much in the way of apps (though some people made some great ones). Discounted since they got bought by Fitbit, if you can snag one of these for the right price it's worth it just to have a basic HR tracker that if it breaks, not much lost.

Screen stays on, you can see it in direct sun light, the battery stays up for days, its has features that are actually useful, its tough, its not big and bulky and it comes in colors that look nice in work, casual or formal situations.

Love pebble, unfortunately I didn't find it to be sensitive enough for my steps. I wish they would've maintained the company/app.

I purchased this after having the original Pebble for a few years. Very happy with the product. Am concerned that the sale of Pebble to Fitbit will change the product support.
