If you are a diehard Stephen King fan, just know that this adaptation is inspired by the book. It is not a faithful interpretation. The changes do not enhance the story, but rather, it hinders the impact of the psychological journey of the characters. So, you can enjoy the movie, if you aren’t expecting it to follow the book. The 4K is nice and nuanced and the HDR services the story well.

The king of horror I honestly think should be proud of this film. The remake of this particular movie added elements that the original did not encapsulate and blew the original out of the water. Seriously, this is HARDCORE!

In my top ten most anticipated of the year and I'm confident that little end up in the top five most disappointing.

I like the original better but this one had its own uniqueness that i liked. More grusome than the original.

It's nice that something by Stephen King and George Romero can be considered classic. That said, some things in this version are changed just to prevent the film from being a remake, not maybe for the better, but to give a unexpected feeling - which I think is essential in a horror film. I think the endings, original and alternate, are sort of a train wreck, but I hope that's just me.

This movie turned out better than I thought it would. It’s good, it does differ some from the original. But it differs in a good way, in my opinion. Definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the original movie.

I really enjoyed this remake of Pet Sematary. The SteelBook front cover looks great and the inside artwork is chilling. I'm really happy to have added this SteelBook to my collection. If you can pick this one up.

The movie itself is one of those movies you love or hate. The picture quality and sound are good as well.

Went into this honestly expecting to not like it. However the movie was well written, and very impressive. It had an awesome twist, and was just an amazing remake. I would recommend this to any stephen king fan.

This is a much needed reboot of the original now made for the modern era. The 80s original hasn't aged well, but this is a retooling of a great story with a better film adaptation to boot.
