this is just what we were looking for, you dont have to be a professional to have great espresso or coffee every morning. easy as add water, whole bean, and push some buttons and your good to go. have not used the frother yet but if its like the rest of this machine you wont have to worry.

The LatteGo milk froth is much easier to clean and use than the DeLonghi I had. I wish it had a hot milk and latte options which are available on the more expensive models.

It performs as well as stated on the product description. It takes a little bit of trying and reading the manual to be able to set it up to your preferences but once it’s all set it does very nice capuccino and American coffee

Does what it says, consistently good coffee. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a quick cappuccino or espresso.

Excellent build quality and works flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier with this machine so far. Just know that you need to allow the machine several cycles to properly adjust itself.

So we got this machine for Christmas and at first we really liked it. But after about two months or so the coffee started tasting off and I felt like it was leaking alot of water. When I opened the side of the machine it was covered in coffee grounds and liquid and had been growing mold all over the inside of the machine. It was so disturbing I almost threw up, especially since we had been drinking from this machine. It obviously had an internal leak, my best guess is it was a refurbished machine to begin with. Of course it was too late to return to Best Buy but now I don't want the machine it would make me sick to think of drinking a coffee from this machine.
