    Fewer stars are for value and Best Buy's service. The light itself is great. We have low ceilings and wanted to try a flush mounted light over the kitchen table, and this has been perfect. The range of color warmth and brightness is perfect for our dining area. It synched easily to our hue and alexa as soon as we turned it on. Installation instructions were poor. We found a video on line that was helpful. We bought this as an open box which was supposed to be in like new condition, at a price of $219.99. It was missing the remote and possibly hardware when it arrived. Like many pieces of the Hue ecosystem, there is now a wealth of competition that is better value. Can't recommend this for the price or the inconveniences.

    I bought this product with very high hopes but was just sheer disappointment. The product did not even light up when I installed it. To add to the mess the best buy total tech is useless they DONT KNOW HOW TO INSTAL IT ALSO. it just feels like the total tech membership is rip off because all they are good at is installing tv mounts.

    Its a great light easy to instal and very bright in the white ans warm colors. Rgb array of light are good but defiantly not the 2500 lumens listed. Id say around 800-1500 depending on the color. Dont worry about the other bad reviews. One peobably didnt hook it up right and rhe one about the remote.... there is nowhere ok the box or description saying it comes with a remote lol. Anyways very modern looking light and stylish.
