They charged over a full day, paired easily with my laptop. But if the call lasted more than 10 minutes, I would suddenly lose audio and they would disconnect. I would turn them off, place them back in the cradle, remove them and turn them on. This is not great when it happens once in a call, but multiple times became unbearable. Boss was not happy.

Some of the flaws: *Bottons on the side are way too touchy. To the point you can't bump them on a pillow without pausing it, skipping a song, or turning them off.

After two days of using them while working out I can say with great glee (yes I am using the word Glee) these are hands down the best ear pods I have ever used. Never fall out (that is after replacing the tips with ones that fit my ear better) and sound quality and battery life are amazing.

Worst things I ever bought, returning for my money back. Horrid customer service based in Mexico.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product just doesn't sound very good overall -- highs are tinny and lows are distorted, and I don't think these earbuds support aptX devices because enabling that results in even worse sound quality. Bass is lacking too. For some reason audio coming out of the left bud was much more prominent than audio coming out of the right, no matter which device I was connected to. I couldn't find any way to correct this problem, so back to the local BB these went!
