Better then what I expected, definitely recommend for the price ! Originally was looking for something to stop using my phone for music and use a usb instead and I’m glad I went with this choice .

This is the fine line between “mechanical” and “touch screen.” It has a touch screen. I’m not a big fan of it but it works. But it has buttons. Not touch sensitive buttons, physical buttons, and I love that. I refuse to use touch screens and touch sensor based buttons to control my volume. And with this is don’t have too. Not bad. It fills a big hole in my heart… and the hole in my dash that I needed to fill up just the same.

Nice radio and features had to return cause it didn’t fit in my truck as check fit met said, was going to have to change dash trim for a double din and new bracket for my old Gmc pickup just gonna buy a new single din pioneer , always used pioneer products can’t go wrong with there products..

Better than what I had in my car prior. Last system I had to turn knobs and push buttons; now, it’s all touch screen and go! I’m pleased with the results and the installation as well! The guys are great over in Mt. Laurel’s location! Kudos to them!

Excellent better than the factory radio by far and super easy to install.

Cool little radio that I was able to catch on sale. I self installed it in my 2015 Smart Car just to replace the factory radio unit - it works great and sounds great. Would definitely recommend if in the market for a simple and affordable radio unit upgrade.

I like this radio because it work on my 2007 Honda Civic, pertfec sound with my four Pioneer speakers.

Got this for my 2009 Kia Sedona, Geek Squad Jesus and team fixed it perfectly and it works like a charm, it has weblink feature which mirrors your phone screen, so you can see map in this 6.2 inch screen and listen to your fav songs.

Purchased PIONEER DMH-241EX as "open-box: excellent condition" @BEST BUY: Opelika, AL. Then purchased online, METRA install kit, Radio Antenna adapter, Interface Module Wiring adapter. Drove 1-hour to/1-hour back & picked-up additional items @BEST BUY: Columbus, GA. 16-days later, hours, money wasted. PIONEER has confirmed the head unit sold @BEST BUY: Opelika is "defected" aka trash. Unfortunately, my 14-day return window is now closed so my earned money & time is forever property of BEST BUY's. Ultimately, I blame myself. Thanks, BEST BUY for the $200+ literal trash. Will never spend another cent at or thru BEST BUY again. Just a thought for future customer/product returns/resales: CHECK THE RETURNED ITEMS TO ENSURE FUNCTIONALITY BEFORE RESELLING YOUR TRASH!

The radio is easy to use and the touchscreen is pretty snappy IMO. The sound quality is also much better than my previous cheap stereos. I went through 5 stereos prior to purchasing this, ranging from $30-$120. Every single cheap stereo failed after less than a year (volume knob not working, backlight failing, etc). I also fought a terrible ground loop noise for days (tried isolators, ferrite rings, new main ground, different ground locations, etc etc). Nothing worked. Come to find out, it looks like the cheap garbage stereos were the issue. No longer getting any sort of obnoxious noise. Time will tell how it holds up, but I will update the review if it fails in a short amount of time. Keep in mind, if you are looking for an extremely premium head unit, there are much more expensive options with more features out there. If you're looking for a quality unit from a well known brand, then I think this is a great choice and the best value (assuming you want a touchscreen).

I broke the screen on a previous model. I bought this one cuz I don't need a CD player I just want to play my music through the USB. It works perfectly the price was great and the installation was simple since the plugs were all the same.

My wife got me this radio as a gift for our anniversary. One of the reasons we purchased it from Best Buy was because it included free installation. After scheduling the appointment to have it installed, someone from the store called to cancel the installation because their techs weren’t comfortable installing it in my car. My car is a 1998 mustang. I would have thought this would be one of the easier installs since it has less technology than a newer car does. I ended up installing it myself. The radio itself is great, I’m just not thrilled that Best Buy wouldn’t install it as that was the reason we bought it from there.
