I love the Pirates series! Johnny Depp goes above and beyond in his portrayal of a clumsy and seemingly clueless pirate. But in the movie you begin to think maybe he's just a genius pretending to be an idiot. It's funny. It's got tons of action. I have literally watched this movie over and over. Also, the original score is so fitting for this movie that it plays a big role in drawing you in!

I was kind of hoping this entertaining series had run it's course after the 1st three. I was hesitant to even watch this one because I just expected it to be a Jack Sparrow vehicle that would be nothing else. It turned out to be a good movie and though I wouldn't rank it above any of the other Pirates movie, I'm glad that I purchased it. Bring on #5.

On Stranger Tides is the only film in the Pirates Franchise without Orlando Bloom's Will Turner and Keira Knightley's Elizabeth Swann and it suffers as a result. The film is unable to reach the peaks it's counterparts reach and although interesting, it simply isn't as interesting without Will and Elizabeth. Regardless, it is still a fun film and worth the price.

Bought the first 4 Pirates of the Caribbean movies on Blu-Ray to add to my collection, it was actually cheaper to buy them all separately than as part of a one-box collection. Sure, the others never quite lived up to the first, but the cast is excellent, in particular Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush. Check them out!!

This was a nice addition to the franchise. nice story involving the Fountain of Youth. Some old characters are back, but the best part is that they brought back Keith Richards in a cameo as Johnny Depp's character's father and the addition of Penelope Cruz as a female pirate. The negative is that Kiera Knightley's and Orlando Bloom's characters are absent.

Well, there isnt much i can say except its a great movie and buying all the movies seperately was alot less expensive vs buying the collection for almost 100 bucks more due to the cool looking treassure chest and the Digital copies. But over all i am very happy with my purchase, a Bluray disc and a DVD for under fifteen dollars is not bad at all.

Another great sequel in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. I was worried that it wouldn't be good since some of the original actors/actresses were absent from it, but Johnny Depp was able to carry the weight of the series.

Johnny Depp is on screen for more than 50% of the movie! If that is not enough to make a movie great I am nit sure what it would take. It was like a book that I could never put down! I have watched it more than five times already.

Don't listen to anybody else when they say this movie is bad. They are negative and you don't need that negativity in your life. Blackbeard is epic, the music is great, and the revenge storyline makes this movie better than the original trilogy combined (Pirates trilogy and the Star Wars trilogy)

Great movie - Johnny Depp does not disappoint. It's a fun evening of action/adventure and quite a few laughs. (even with the fight scenes.....it's not graphic or bloody)

The series started slipping after #2, but this one made up for all their mistakes! Interesting story with a ton of action and plenty of screen time for everyone's favorite: classic *Captain* Jack Sparrow. I can't believe I waited so long after it's release to watch it. Sound and picture are great on Bluray!

Out of the 4 Done for the Series of Pirates of the Caribbean this was the best in my feeling. Yes it didn't have Orlando Bloom, or Kari Knightly, but it toke the story to a new level, and just how far back Jack Sparrows history really went. Anyone who loves the Series would want this in their collection for sure.

It's a little rough at first I admit. But give it time to grow some hard biting barnacles. Black Beard as the baddy steals the show. Wish there was some more of him. And I'll never look at Mermaids the same way again.

We bought this movie at Best Buy after only hearing it was good. We hadn't yet seen ANY of the Pirates movies yet either. So I went online and ordered all of the previous Pirates movies, and we sat down one long weekend and binge watched them all. They are all good, and Johnny Depp does great!!

For some reason I never got around to watching this movie when it came out, but I couldn't pass up getting the Blu-Ray/DVD combo for $13. Even though it is the fourth film in the series, it makes very few references to the previous movies and is essentially its own self-contained story; and a good one at that!

I really enjoyed all the movies of The Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise. I just upgraded it from DVD to this Blue-ray and it's a big difference, especially the resolution, just great!

I have the complete set of the Pirates of the Caribbean series in DVD. I purchased this version to upgrade to BluRay in my movie library. I enjoy the story lines and the action sequences in this series.

The Pirates seem to have some fun with the connection being on a ship and the other women are getting excited about it also.

My daughter’s favorite. She hopes Angelica returns in future movies. Great dialogues between Jack and Hector throughout. The scene with King George is very funny.
