Solid mount, absolutely high quality, easy to follow instructions extra hardware included. It’s a rock solid mount the amount of “slop” is by design to promote longevity in high winds

This is NOT for the Gen 3 Starlink! I ordered a Gen 3 at the store and told the salesperson I needed a roof mount. This is what she ordered for me. Long story short...I returned the Gen 3 and purchased a 2nd Gen because I couldn't find a Gen 3 roof mount without waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Don't make my mistake! lol

Seems like it will be easy to install. Lightweight. The lock looks like it will work, but the real test will be the first major wind storm.

The Starlink gen 3 dish does not have a pole on the bottom to mount. . It needs a dish to pole adapter which is not included. Completely different from the early dishes’

Wouldn’t work with the Gen3 Starlink. This is actually for the Gen2 Actuated system.

Came with lag bolts, wire staples, and a bag to carry the dish safely on your back up the ladder. (Its like they thought of everything) Just follow instructions in starlink app.

Using as a roof mount for my van. Exactly what I needed. Folds down when not using and securely holds the dish when in use and driving under 40mpg

Sales rep sold me this item. But it was not for the star link kit that he sold me. The store manager refused to authorize the return due to their return policy. He did not care that one of his associates made the mistake. He did say that he could authorize the return but he would not because he didn't want to explain to his boss why he excepted a return beyond their return policy. I told him that I understand the policy but you should make an exception due to the fact that they messed up and I live about 40 minutes from their store. And I usually don't come into town that often. He stood his ground and refused the return. I asked for a number to speak with over the store and he gave me the 1888bestbuy number knowing that would not deal with anything purchased in the store. Horrible in store customer service.

Doesn't come with the adapter for the current gen starlink even though this is a recommended item to purchase when purchasing the current gen starlink satellite.

Arrived on time. Packaged well. Perfect fit for my Starlink GEN three dish.

Did not work. It is the wrong mount for the latest generation Starlink dish. Not compatible. Why are you selling a non-compatible mount with the latest generation dish. I assumed it was compatible. I had to buy the correct mount directly from Starlink. You wasted my time. Also, I could not return for a refund because Best Buy only allows 2 week return policy "for a mount".
