In this action/animated film we see Adam Sandler reunited with many familiar looking faces on screen once again. The film trailer had me very excited for this film when i first herd about it. Its to bad the movie itself wasn't as good as i thought it would be. Its definitely a fun film to watch with your kids or nephews but honestly if your an adult who is expecting lots of action don't bother picking it up. Kevin James is horrible in this film just like most of his films.The packaging is a metal pak not a steel book! there is a difference if you were wondering, it was an ehhhhh movie for my viewing, Once again i did purchase because i saw the trail rand thought id give it a chance but wasn't the same reaction and also mainly got it to watch with my nephews, In which they did enjoy it so its an okay choice to watch with your kids.

I tend to be ambivalent about Adam Sandler movies; can take them or leave them. This one is better than average; probably because I grew up on the games portrayed in the story. Story line is quite predictable but fun. Disc quality is just what you would expect from Blue-Ray.

I saw this at the theatre and knew I HAD to add this to my collection of Adam Sandler movies! Best buy has always been my 1 stop shop for all things movies, electronics and music. Naturally, after enjoying this film, I made the decision to purchase the blu-ray Dvd and digital copy at my local Best Buy. I'm glad I did! The staff were friendly, helpful and my checkout experience was great!

Decently enjoyable movie. Unfortunately, my daughter (7) was interested in seeing it with myself and my wife and we were a little displeased with some of the content in the move. Probably should not have let her watch it, but that happens. Would not recommend for children younger than 10.

This is one of the funniest movies of the year! The concept was goofy but fun the special effects were cool and the 3d version is definitely worth a watch. Be aware there is quite a bit of language and innuendo but nothing that pushed the envelope for it's pg-13 rating. Probably ok for 10 and up.

My son and I were looking for this movie in bluRay everywhere. Went to Best Buy and assumed it was sold out as we couldn't find it anywhere. It was in the very front 1 of 2 copies left. BB had a Great Price and Great customer service as they found it for us. This movie is probably more fun for the adults who grew up playing the games represented in the movie. My son Loved it too! LOL !

My 9 year old absolutely loves this movie. It also brings back to adults (some of us at least) the arcade video games of days gone by. In fact, my son now likes to go to the local arcade (yes, there are a couple of these still around. They serve beer also nowadays!) and play "the classics"

Adam Sandler does it again this time with Pixels. This movie is less comedic then some of his other movies but makes up for it with the action and all the video game references. If you are looking for a video game based movie I would recommend "Scott Pilgrim VS The World" over this movie.

I'm not usually a Adam Sandler fan but I have liked a few of his movies. This is one of them. The jokes, pranks and double entendres were funny. The portrayal of gaming nerds circa 1980's 1990's was hilarious. All around this movie was a good amount of funny hijinxs spent.

I heard a lot of friends didn't like this movie because it stereotypes nerds in the worst way but realizing it's a movie I enjoyed it. I probably would not let my younger kids watch this even though it seems like a kid movie. Like all adam sandler movies it's got adult humor.

If you are a fan of the 80's and the video games that came with it, then you will thoroughly enjoy this film. This movie has some good flashbacks to the classic games that started it all for the industry and the storyline did well integrating everything. For a moment I felt like I was back in the arcade spending quarters!

Well if you are looking for a good laugh and are able to just accept a movie that for the most part is just plain silly, you will love this movie, the 3D is really good and adds to this movies appeal, this movie is for all of those that are young at heart, and it is at a great price for what you get, this is another really fun movie.

We watched this movie with my 6 year old son and he absolutely loved it. Additionally, my husband and I really liked the movie because we lived video games when we were kids and this movie allowed us to reminisce on those old games as well as teach our son about them.

I took my daughter and wife to see Pixels in theater and they absolutely loved it. I got dragged to it because I am the glorified taxi driver but I actually ended up liking this movie. Brought me back to my teen years when I played games like Pac-man and Joust. I bought the movie as a Christmas present and I'm sure we all will watch together again.

I saw this movie in theaters and while it did have its dull moments it is certainly not one to pass up as a gamer. Loved the video game references in it and the special effects were pretty darn unique. I recommend it for taking a trip down memory lane.

Obviously this is not an Oscar winning movie but it is better than the reviews and critics said it is. My 10 year old was thrilled to see it in the theater and also when I bought it for home. Just enjoy it for the fun dorky movie it is. I suppose I should mention we also love both Grown Up movies at our house. But we pass on his earlier stuff.

REVIEW OF: Krampus (Blu-Ray + DVD + digital HD) [ WHAT IS GOOD ] - Entertaining - Funny - Classic Video Game themed movie ABOUT: The movie is focuses on a plot centered upon aliens misinterpreting video feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war. The aliens then attack the Earth in the form of the video games.

I saw Pixels in the theater and it was much better than I thought it would be. I bought it because it is one that I will watch again and for the most part (other than Peter Dinklage's language) is family friendly. The special features were disappointing though.

This Metal Pak is a great addition to any Steelbook collection! It has a great side shot of PakMan on the front, and a beautiful pixelated Donkey Kong on the back. An it's all topped off with a high glossy finish that really makes it shine! Loved the packaging!

I didnt get to see this in the theater and picked it up when I saw it was available on 3D. It was a real fun movie to watch specially for the generation who played these classic games or nice for kids too. The comedy was good and the animation was nice on 3D.
