I just used my Gamecom 780 the other night and I have to say, "This headset is awesome!" It looks heavy but let me tell you that it is so light weight and comfortable. Fits my ears great. And the sound quality is amazing. It's so crisp and clear. You can't get a better headset for this price.

If you've had Astros or something that's better quality and fits more comfortable when you downgrade to this you will hate it my old Astros broke took them to the store and apparently they discontinued Astros so before I had Astros I had the gamecon 780 which was comfortable and sound quality was decent so when I saw the 788 model I thought It would be even better then the 780 but nope ears hurt after having the headset on for about 2 hours but sound quality is still pretty good

For the price you can't beat this. I mainly play PC games and these puppies sound Great in BF4. Very loud and crisp during gameplay. Way better than Steelseries 9h headset which i spent twice as much and does not even compare to Plantronics 780. They also sound better than Creative Sound Blaster Evo series and is also double the price. These are a no brainer if you don't mind the headsets hurting after awhile. Of course i only had them for a day.

I had purchased this headset as a replacement for my old headset. From being a plantronics headset, it has incredible sound quality. I have not come across any problems so far.

These headphones are probably the best sounding and best built headset in this price range and surpass some of the more expensive SteelSeries and Razer headsets in terms of sound quality. Great Value here. After 4 or more hours of gameplay, my ears do start to get a bit sore from the cups, but I have fairly big ears and a big head so that probably is the cause of the soreness, and I have yet to find a headset that provides more comfort for me than this pair.

Plantronics made a great product here, this headset is awesome!

Companies that make the headsets need to try them out for problems such as not being able to wear them for more than an hour. You'd think with the high quality of sound they produce they would be able to get the foam where they sit up against your head would form properly to a persons ears to have enough clearance so they're not on top of the ear at any point of contact creating the problem of ears so sore you can't touch them even after the headset is removed. Again they are a great purchase if you can stand the problem with sore ears after an hour of wearing them.

Great headset, music sound is great. In game play is incredible, being able to detect where players are at all times. Great headset for the price.

this product was great with Windows 7 everything worked. Once windows 10 came out I sent a email asking if there will be a driver update well sorta you have to manually download and install yourself now. The webpage says "Not included in W10 driver now. I was very please with the headphones, the sound was amazing, and everything was easy to install. I bought these headphones for YouTube how ever, so that I could record videos. There were some major flaws that made me return them. I use FRAPS to record 1) the mic was crackling and distorted at parts of my recording. 2)when i went to load the file into sony vegas, the avi only had the video part but not the sound part. This did not happen with my last pair of headphones, or with the logtiech usb. For some reason, if i played the avi, the sound of my recording was there, but if i loaded it into sony vegas it did not pick up the audio part of the file. Overall these are good headset for gaming and normal conversation with friends, but if you are buying it for YouTube, find a better mic headset. Youtube channel: PerkulatorTime

The headset looks nice and its overall an ok headset. It is not what I expected for the price. The headset is not noise canceling like it is described. Unless you are listening to music with the volume up, you will hear what is going on around you. The surround sound is not really a great feature. It makes the sound just seem hollow, like if you where hearing whats going on in a empty room with some echo. I found that the sounds is better when the surround is turned off. No equalizer ether to try to adjust base or treble. Also if you plan to wear it for a long time, it will make you ears hurt. Maybe its just how it fits my head, but I find that its not designed well for an over-the-ear headset. I will be returning this headset to Best Buy and will look for something more comfy.

Got it in 3 hours! Annoying to increase volume tho

This is the first time I have had issues with a Plantronics headset. Their cheaper headsets are far more clear than this one, and with a better microphone. I will be exchanging it today for a Logitech.
