Worst item ever and worst customer service! They dont tell you to call and active it with customer service or after certain amount of days its not good! They stole 200.00 from me! Then you call for help get over seas people who you cant understand and who are rude and tell you basically your up a creek without a paddle how nice! Dont waste your time with best buy there a joke for customer service and i wasted money on total tech geeze.

I tried redeeming this on PlayStation store. The code didn’t work and I called your tech support and they couldn’t fix it. The code was already redeemed but when I called the store I did what the guy on phone told me to do. My brother had to pay another $100 and the code he gave me worked. Do NOT buy PlayStation physical store cards.

The headphones that came with were kind of cheap but it didn't cost anything extra. I thought it was a cute way to present the gift card. I just wish they we're a better quality, it would have made the purchase worth it. Aside from that, my boyfriend was very happy to get this gift card along with his PS5.

Bonus time with Sony Ear buds on a gift card. Sure they aren’t AirPods, but for free and to have as a spare pair these work and sound pretty good after I dug out my adapter. FYI I always buy gift cards instead of just loading up my PlayStation account as it’s kinda how I keep myself from overspending.

I purchased this as a Birthday gift for a 14 year old who is always asking for games for her PlayStation. This is a much better option as she can now purchase the game digitally and add it to her collection. Easy to use and I will definitely be purchasing this item again.
