great usb-c drive to use with a cell phone or quick transfers of pics/movies

I love this little OTG Flash drive. I can copy what I want from my PC and slip it right into my cellphone. The price was also Great for a brand name product.

I needed a USB A and C flash drive and this was on sale. Build Quality: The pictures make it look attractive. However, the plastic shell and release buttons on the sides feel really fragile. I guarantee you drop this it'll crack. For office and little use its fine, but if you'll be traveling a lot with it and use it constantly not sure how it'll hold up The mechanism can sometimes be a struggle to push in\out the USB A or C connectors. Performance: PNY listed this as 150MB/s read speeds. I get close to those speeds at about 120MB/s. However the Write speeds is incredibly slow at only 15MB/s if i'm lucky. Overall: If you are transferring small files, using it at home, and need USB A\C -- for the sale price under $15 it's fine. But if you want speed and better quality, then spend a little more for the. I went with the Samsung DUO second time around - a little more expensive, but it's double Read Speed and 3 times faster write speed. Samsung DUO also has a better built.

Works great, just as promised. Gave it average rating for it's form factor. its rather wide and hard to fit in regular flash drive holders. such as keyfob holders and other places designed to hold flash drives and media cards.

this product guarantees that i could use with my phone..expensive purchase that was not compatible with my phone. The plug is the right one but didn't connect.

I purchased this, so I can transfer stuff from USB to C using my iPad. It works like a charm. I definitely recommend this.

Easy to use and with usb c makes it even faster simply loved it!

The flash drive itself works great, however the casing on it is too bulky, and I actually had to dismantle it to get it to work with my phone's case. Arguably that could be a problem with my phone's case instead, but the USB-C connection would be nice if it was a bit more accessible, because I couldn't find a phone in our house I could plug this into with their case on (before I modified it)

Have bought several externals. And this a good little one. Perfect for extra memory, easy connect, free up space or transporting . Having gone to relatives they ask for pictures so this is a nice way for me to bring them.

This is a very mediocre flash drive. The sequential read speed is as advertised, 13MB/s. The write is okay, at around 37MB/s. Its neat that it has USB C since that is the future and macs only have taht now, Android phones also have C so it can work with smartphones in a pinch. same with some new iPads.

Love this USB-C flash drive, it help to use with my android phone to up/download for files/pictures/music in/out. i think it is pretty easy to use, and at least serve the basic needs.. can bring out with me to unload pics when my phone storage is full...

Bought this to transfer files from a cell phone with usb-c connector to a desktop computer. worked very well, and was small and this convenient to carry around. was very helpful -- right up to the time I lost it. My bad, the device was great.

Not sure what to say about this item, other than its exactly what it says! The udal usb connections make it super quick and easy to move from computer to phone to laptop to camera!

Have used both connector ends and so far has worked flawlessly. I used it on Windows 10 and Ubuntu with no issues. This will be my 'main' flash drive now. I'd also like to mention that Best Buy's In-store pickup is the easiest I've ever used. No hassles whatsoever.
