Just the right amount of space needed for new camera.

I got this as a gift for my son's new camera. It's from a brand you can trust. It keeps all your HD files securely stored. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gotten the 16 gb card. It's good to have the extra space for more files.

Great card for use with cameras. Holds lots of pictures and video.

I broke (don't ask me how) my 6 year old SD card so I went to purchase a new one. This 8GB Card replaced a 2GB Card and was listed at an awesome price. Used it in Hawaii and it stored over 2,500 photos with room to spare!

I take a large amount of pictures on vacation and keep the memory cards "loaded". The capacity, for the price paid is excellent. I have stored great memories with the quality of prints up to 11 x 14 with fantastic results!

Overall the storage was excellent, stored lots of pictures (about 1000 14 megapixel images). Afterall size of image does matter on a storage device, you would get way more pictures if you decrease megapixel size.

Really good quality for reasonable price! I think that this card has a high transfer rate for fast copying and downloading, which made it very convenient for HD video recording and a great picture's storage.

This memory came with the purchase of the camera. It is a nice start to use/test the camera.

Not the top of the line SD Card but for someone starting out, or on a budget this a great card to have. Haven't had any failures or missing pictures, transfer rates are pretty good for what it is.

this is a pretty good start if you just just your cameras for point and shoot use. storage not really an issue if you download the pics/vids to your personal computer at a reasonable interval

I'm using this in my Nikon Coolpix P310, though I may also keep it as backup for my Canon DSLR. I haven't had any problems with it. I also bought it on sale, so keep an eye out for deals!

it works fine, it just fills up fast when taking high-quality pics with my new 18MP camera forcing me to offload pictures more frequently than I really want to; but not a big deal.

Simple, durable, fast and effective. Constantly being ejected from numerous users and devices and instantly downloaded to our server. Survived our torture testing and still kicking.

If you can get this on sale, it's a decent card. It's not blazing fast like Class 10 cards, but this card's more for people on a budget. If you can wait for it to go on sale, I'd say it's perfectly fine for shooting photos and taking SD and some HD video.

I am using this card for my sony camcorder. So far I have covered 4 occasions with 4 hours of HD video and still have space available. I am regretting not buying more of these.

It's doing it's job very well. Put it right into the Camera Slot just as it should fit. No complications or issues getting the pictures off to transfer them to my laptop.
