It is a very fast drive. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a small ssd in their PC.

Not a top-of-the line SSD, but a good value if you want to breathe new life into an older PC. I used to to freshen up a Lenovo TinyPC that had gotten sluggish, this PC doesn't need much storage space as it is mainly used by my church for internet access. It is working great and noticeably sped up the PC. I downloaded the free version of Macrium Reflect to clone the old hard drive to this SSD, and I highly recommend that software.

Girlfriend has a laptop (lenovo flex 4) that was until a week ago slower than certain populations are to accept climate change (something about a windows 10 update nixing the amount of power the stock HDD needed to operate as intended). Anyway, I took an evening and migrated her old windows image and files onto this using the included drive cloning software then swapped drives. The Lenovo's boot time went from 3 mins plus to 10 seconds, and my status as caring, nurturing bf went from okay to highly decent. I really recommend.

I have had it for a couple of weeks loads quickly and the drive seems reliable pc boot time and software load time much faster than my old SATA drive I compared to my other WD SSD drive I must say liked the WD SSD more you pay a little bit more about $15.00 My next SSD will be WD Or Scandisk But this PNY Drive So far this SSD is working well.

Sometime you want to breathe new life into an old computer and you don't want to spend a lot of money doing it. That's where these PNY SSDs come in. Although I don't expect them to have the same reliability as the much more expensive S*****g, I'm willing to risk my simple web browsing to these. Also, they're an American company, according to Wikipedia. I'm going to give this product an overall 5 stars because of their low cost, and also I've used several and they've never failed me.

Easy to install and extended my laptops life for another two to three years. Very fast reading and writing files.

Does the job and works like any old lil ssd would definitely get this again

Best upgrade I did for all my computers was during the pandemic switching everything over from HDD to an SSD. I changed at least 100 drives out, all with PNY and some Adata drives all have worked and still working very well.

The PNY SSD is budget SSD and I believe it does not have a DRAM. I did not notice any significant speed difference in usage compared with my SAMSUNG higher end SSD in my older system. All of them are much faster than mechanical drives. If you want to have faster SSD, I recommend an NVMe SSD instead of SATA because of the speed limit of the latter if your motherboard support it. The only issue with upgrading your old system is that, unlike Samsung SSDs, this PNY model does NOT come with a free cloning software, nor provided by their website. It took me some time to find a working free software on the Internet.

It is performing as expected for a solid state drive of this price point. Does exactly what it is supposed to, and definitely a speed increase from the hard drive installed previously. Would recommend for the price.

Great value SSD. These SSD's make older laptops and desktop usable again. Been using several of these and the previous version PNY 240GB for 1-2 years. No problems what so ever. Highly recommended for the money.

My Mom's Laptop's HDD has been very slow for her and Attempting to upgrade to windows 10 can cause major slowdowns. upgrading to this SSD Will eliminate the slow of it and works pretty well (Did have one before since oct 2019).

Ssd works just as good as expensive ssd. Gets the job done. I see no tangible difference between this and a more expensive one. Works great.

This is a very good value hard drive. It has fast boot up time and shut down. Read and write speeds are good. SSD drives are a great way to speed up your laptop or desktop.

PNY - 250GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive performs as described, at a better price than the other brands. 3 year warranty, I'm happy. So pleased I bought another one.

I used this to replace my old white MacBook HDD. Much faster and good value!

So far so good. Replaced old fashioned hard drive and I noticed great improvement in PC response. Way better than before.
