My son (13) and I built his first gaming PC and decided to hold out to get the GTX 1060 instead of the more expensive 970. We paid $250 so could not beat the price. The card went in no problem and everything has been running smoothly since day one. It runs quiet and does not get hot at all. We have thrown a bunch of heavy games at it (ARK) and ran beautifully on 1080.

This was purchased for my son's computer that we were upgrading to make it a gaming computer. This was the first thing we upgraded. We needed to get a new power supply in order to use this, but that may not be the case for everyone. This card was very easy to install. The hardest part we had to deal with was specific to the computer we were using as a couple of connections were in the way since this is a fairly large graphics card. My son has been very impressed with the graphics card compared to the stock card his computer had. There is no lag in his games now and he connects the card via HDMI to his TV and also connects it to his LCD computer monitor. This is a very good card for anyone looking to upgrade their system to work with intense gaming graphics.

The card is quiet and performs great. Fits in Dell XPS 8900 and runs great using the stock power supply. Played the Battlefield 1 beta using ultra settings 1080p res and was getting consistent 70-90 fps in the heat of battle.

This card runs super quiet even while under full load. Some other pros are that this GPU runs around 100fps in 1080P on almost all games even Shadow of Mordor. The very low power draw from the card is also a nice bonus. Cons - 250$ is a little steep for a mid range card, but I don't regret it at all.

great upgrade for my alienware gaming tower. just had to get a better monitor to go with it.

My computer had a pretty nice video card in it but it was time for an upgrade. I researched a bunch of gaming cards and for the money and performance of this NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card was the perfect fit. No lag time super fast!!

I wish it had back plate PNY needs to work on that but other than that very nice

Upgraded from a 625 and I feel like I'm actually looking at my games for real for the first time. Only downside is on the product description I wish the power supply unit requirement would be more easily viewable on the page.

bought this for my gaming machine, but wanted to post my first-hand knowledge of this card here to sort of counter some of the misconceptions about limited VRAM, or not being good enough for VR, or throwing around meaningless claims that it can't handle the "biggest" or "best" games. First of all, the SIZE of a game has NOTHING to do with how much VRAM you have. The term "best" games is totally subjective, and means nothing. The term "biggest" means how many hours of content, or the size of the environment, etc.. and every game handles these factors differently. I won't get into it

My son is very happy with the card. It arrived exactly when indicated in the order and performs great.

At the time, I purchased this card before the crypto mining hit its peak. I payed $340 and have had no issues with it

This has been a great card, plays almost anything I've tried so far with maxed settings at 1080p.
