I thought this charger would be perfect because it looked reliable and the fact that it's slim made it even better. However, it does not fully charge my phone which it said it would do and also, the usb cable doesn't fit securely into the usb port. It's loose and falls out easily. I am not satisfied with this product at all. I'm very disappointed.

Was on sale at my local best buy and I was looking to get a portable battery charger since I was traveling across the country with little access to recharge my phone. At full charge, the battery maybe lasted an hour total, but gave my phone about 50% recharged power which is all I needed.

I let my iPhone 6 get to 20% battery. Then turned it on airplane mode and plug up the charger to see if I can get a full charge. But sadly no. I got to 68%. So it only charged my phone for 48% which isn't bad but considering my phone was on airplane mode so that it wasn't consuming any extra power.

Regarding its functionality, works great, it charges your phone really fast; however, the Battery physically warms up really fast and a lot as it is charging, doesn't feel really safe... As for the USB cable, it wasnt so resistant and it broke after some time, so i ended up getting a new cable.

I purchased this for my spouse. Her comments were that its slim size made it perfect to carry with her in a purse or pocket. However, as others have noted, the device will not fully charge your phone. But it will get you through in a pinch.

This is a small well made battery. It has enough power to fully charge a phone with some left over while being one of the smallest external batteries I could find. I wanted a battery that could fit in a pocket easily and not cost over $40.

This power park works fine, but it only provides about 40% charge on iPhone5. In a pinch, this is fine. And, it is compact, small and easy to carry around. Just a heads up if you are looking for more charge power.

Works. Easy to use. Holds it's charge for at least a few weeks. Does not take my phone from 0-100%, but gives me a few hours to get to an outlet. Works well for ski trips (where the cold sucks the life out of my phone) or outdoor trips where I ise my phone for pictures and music.

I really like the size of the power pack, but it really didn't charge my phone as much as I'd hoped. I it definitely doesn't fully recharge it, but it's good in the case of an emergency.

The first time I used this power bank it charged my phone to 86%, but after that it will only charge my phone up to 26%. I don't know if It is just a dud or the the quality is poor. I only got it because it was light, portable, and could be put on a key chain. I should have went with a more expensive power bank.

This product isn't the best that I have purchased. It doesn't stay charged long at all and gets hot very fast compared to other portable chargers that I have used. I think the only reason I purchased it is because I had a $5 reward certificate that was about to expire the next day. Plus I had been told by my stepdad that he had a product from the same company that was not good either

This little powerpack has been fantastic. It's a perfect size to keep in my purse or briefcase. I travel a lot for my job...so I use it when I've forgotten to charge my phone or laptop.

We recently went to DragonCon in Atlanta, the main reason for the purchase. Batteries drain like crazy and this little beauty charged the phone back up to 100% in roughly an hour.

Sale price made this a real bargain compared to much more expensive alternatives. Seems to hold a charge very well when not in use. My usage is infrequent, so experience is limited.

Connecting cord falls out od device very easily. While trying to use as my back up battery the plug falls out of the charging device. The connection to the phone is tight enough.

Bought this to store charging cords and earbuds while traveling overseas recently! Was very pleased with the capacity, and had plenty left over!

small and easy to carry in my purse! quick charge to my phone. I love it. a friend recommended it to me.

Would like to have the cord be attached although not permanently so it envelopes for storage and ease of not misplacing. But it works well

I have used this a couple of times and it seems to work well. I have had other batteries that did not work as well as this product.
