Exactly what I was looking for for my “ancient” desktop computer. The fan on my old graphics card was getting super loud. I swapped it with this card and I didn’t hear anything except for the HDD after that. I eventually swapped that out for an SSD and it was completely silent. I was using a 1080p monitor with it and the quality was great at that resolution.

Pretty easy to do and my core 2 plays sick games. Witcher 3 looks like I'm standing there in real life. Sweet refresh.

Easy install, but not exactly plug and play. My computer and Windows 10 do not have the capability to go to the recommended resolution. Not withstanding, I did achieve enough resolution to fully utilize my 34" LG monitor. I can put a lot of information on this screen which is a great benefit when analyzing a lot of data at a quick scan. The good news is that the GeForce has not added a lot of heat load to the computer. I do have a three fan Zalman case which does have good air movement. So I am pleased with the GeForce performance. But I did not buy the graphics card for gaming and cannot get the resolution that a gamer would like to have. Have been using the GeForce for about three weeks.

Purchase and installation of this GPU was necessary for my application. It was a replacement more than an upgrade. That said, it does everything I need well with no issues. Easy installation and setup. It has even fixed an issue that seemed unrelated which means that it has made an older computer more useable.

The GT 710 is a basic GPU. You aren't going to be pumping out 60 FPS playing the newest games, but that is okay. That is not the purpose of this graphics card. The purpose of this graphics card is to serve as a basic upgrade to an aging system or as a graphics solution for a modern system that will not benefit from a GPU. The GT 710 is actually weaker than the onboard graphics of most mainstream chips now. I purchased it for an 8 year old desktop computer that has been handed down to my 5 year old daughter. Some of the low powered games she likes to play required a newer version of DirectX than what the old Dell's original hardware supported. In steps the GT 710. Everything works now!

Bought this to replace a graphic card to be used on a Windows XP machine, While it's failed card originally was a better card with 4 gig of ram and even could be used for 4K video. But It never did. All it ever ran in it's life time was standard HD. So bought this one to replace it. Perfect for what this computer still needs in the office setting using Microsoft Office, and browsing the internet.

This is a good card if you need to have support for 3 monitors at a cheap price. This is not a GPU to use for gaming. It will bring life to an ageing computer that struggles to play 4k youtube content. Just dont expect to AAA game on it.

I needed to replace the original ATI video card in my elderly Gateway FX6800-01e. This new card came with everything I needed for the installation. All i had to do was remove the old card and install the new one. Then I used the included cd to install the software and drivers. From the first boot, everything went perfectly. The new card cured all the problems I was having with the old one such as blue screen and video stuttering.

I had to build a Windows 7 PC with an XP Virtual Machine. I wanted a very high resolution and I got it. This product even passed down its highest XP resolution. I rarely feel totally satisfied with a product, but I am with this one.
