I had to return this for the black one because it's for a very small wrist. I don't have a big or fat wrist and it was super tight. (My wrist measures 16cm & 6 1/4in) cutting off my circulation tight. The wrist based heart rate monitor technology is not accurate. It's not just polar. Garmin, fit bit, and Apple Watch are all the same. If you check YouTube reviews you'll see what I mean. Other than that I love love love this watch. I don't use smart notifications and I go 4 to 6 days on the battery charge while exercising and using the heart rate feature anywhere from 1 to 3 hours a day. Usually more than less. The app, Polar Flow, is a must-have with this watch. It's free. It's extremely detailed and helpful in any weight loss or endurance training. It's like having a free personal trainer. The website is even better. Polar goes above and beyond to improve your health and fitness level. I can't say enough good things about this it's so detailed and in-depth. You can use a Bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor if you want to with this watch. It works well under water while swimming and is fully waterproof. This is ultimately why I chose this watch because none of the others can deliver this. They say that you can use them for swimming and it just isn't true. I think this is because Bluetooth doesn't work underwater. But since this is taking a reading on your wrist this works underwater. The wrist based HRM is close enough for me. Sometimes it takes a few seconds and a little repositioning on your wrist for it to read correctly. You also have to find the perfect tightness. I personally love the convenience of having a HRM on my wrist. I do a lot of random activities & exercise, so for me it's perfect. I do HIIT and that is the only time I have inaccurate readings. What I learned from u tube is that it works by laser and reads the blood flow in your veins. When I do HIIT, the veins constrict and this makes it difficult to read for several seconds. I was on the verge of returning this for an Apple Watch when I found this out. Thank God. I personally do not want a phone on my wrist. Other fitness watches I have had were very bulky. This one is very slim. I like the touch screen. It usually syncs with the app as soon if not b4 I open the app. If it doesn't I just push the button on the side & do it manually. I gave this a 4* because of imperfect HRM. With improved technology this will get better. Matter of fact the next polar update is supposed to improve this. Another plus is that this is like your phone. As time goes on they can make improvements. For instance, when I first got this it was set to light up every time u moved your arm. In my opinion this uses up the battery more. They have since added a do not disturb button that prevents this and still allows get up and move alerts. I do not like the black wrist band and in March they are coming out with other colors that can be changed out if u want. :) It only takes an hour or two to charge, depending on how close to empty it is. When I have 1/4 battery life left, I plug it in and it takes about an hour. This is every 4-6 days with 1-3 hours a day HRM use. Worth the investment. Lost 50lbs with Polar already!! :•>

I like the sleek white band and face. I enjoy being able to track my daily activities and the variety of activity options. It even vibrates to remind me to net moving. The clasp however occasionally comes open and the unit comes out of the band as if it doesn't fit properly. I do get worried it might fall out altogether and I'll be left with nothing.

Tracks sleep and many activities. Has an accurate heart rate monitor. Be sure to keep the sensor clean so it works correctly. It is a great size for having a heart rate monitor, most that have this feature a OVERSIZED and look very strange on my medium-sized (female) bone frame. I would have given it 5 stars but the BAND STRETCHES OUT and they don't offer some activities. Please add stair running and stair mill to activities list!! It would also be great if we could create our own activities for tracking. The program works well with my laptop and phone. IThe program is great for tracking progress. It would be nice if it wirelessly updated my workouts onto my account.Hope they update the program and it would make it a fantastic piece of equipment.

The fit isn’t bad, not as bulky as some. Do not like the way it works, you constantly have to go to different things to get them to work and they don’t keep working continually like the heartrate monitor. I need that going all the time with my issues, like the garmin does. I like the garmin features much better but hate the fit. The polar fits better but hate the way it works.

I ambsonplessed with my A360. I had a FitBit Surge which had very disappointing accuracy on the wrist based heart rate monitoring. This one is great! I've compared readings between this and a heart rate strap and the measurement is almost identical. Very pleased! Only short coming is that I cannot use it to remotely control music as I could with my Fitbit

I wanted to break away from the others who wear trendy fitness watches bc they want to see how many steps theybtake in a day. I wanted a fitness watch that stood out from the other without breaking the bank but maintained functionality. The A360 met my needs and inwould highly recommend ot to anyone who exercises on a regular basis and wants a stylish watch.

Loved the tracker but liked fitbit's app better. Really a great tracker. If anything happens to my fitbit I will purchase a polar again!

    Great features for small wrists

I read many mixed reviews before deciding to buy the Polar a360, but none of them mentioned the band size. My wrist is just over 5 inches and this is the only heart rate monitoring fitness tracker that fit my wrist and had all the features I wanted and needed. There are other expensive smart watches that fit, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I love that I can choose from different activities, set targets and get immediate feedback after my workout. I also love the smart notifications for e mail and text messages. It slightly truncates the messages, but it's enough for me just to see who is contacting me. With smart notifications on, my battery charge lasts a week. My only complaint is that it does not always sync successfully and the one software update caused the device to freeze up and I had to restore it and plug it into the PC and basically start over. It was a bit frustrating, but other than those quirks, I love the functionality and the fit!
