I misplaced the chest strap for my Polar HR monitor and this was an expensive replacement (I could have bought another HRM for about the same price). But, it works. Certain positions in hot yoga or weight lifting (bending forward) will cause it to give me a "00" reading but overall I get an accurate reading for my workouts. I have needed to use the Bluetooth feature with my phone on occasion when I've forgotten my wrist monitor at home, and it synced perfectly with the Polar app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5).

I bought this device to use with my I-pod Nano. It was very easy to pair and easy to use. I also use it with my Galaxy S5.

I bought this item to replace my Garmin heart sensor, Garmin uses the ANT technology which makes it a little more complicated as far as connective, for my iPhone I had to purchase a separate ANT connector. The Polar Bluetooth is way better since you do not need anything else since the connection is via bluetooth, it easily connects to my iPhone and my NordicTrac Treadmill, great product…!!

I use this when I am on the treadmill, elliptical, doing Insanity, running or yoga (yes yoga, so much better than just an off day to keep you stretched). If your really wanting to keep an accurate measurement of intake and burn I would highly reccomend this. I use this with a food consumption app so I know how much I took in and how much I burned to know how much I can eat while still loosing weight. I would highly reccomend as I wasn't sure what my HR was while working out and it was 199. Not good as I'm 32 so (220-32 = 188 max). I started wearing this so I wouldn't go over my max rate. I've only had a few times it not read but quickly fixed with a hit of water on the rubbery section touching your chest.

This unit is not super comfortable but it is better than straps with the larger rigid plastic portion on the chest. It stays in place very well while running. It is accurate and I've had no pairing problems or loss of signal. I have worn my phone in an arm band and in a running belt with good connectivity. Be aware of the Android 4.3 requirement. There is a list of compatible phones on the manufacturers web site.

Comfortable and compatible with apps on my iPhone so I can track my workouts. I bought this mainly to use when walking/running outside. I have a separate traditional Polar HRM with watch that I use for gym workouts when I don't want to carry my phone around. The Bluetooth syncs seamlessly with the computers on the Keiser bikes at the gym as well.

I lost the heart rate strap that came with my polar RS300 watch and this one works great as a replacement. I run with a cardiac pacemaker and like to keep track of my heart rate. I've heard others with pacemakers say that they can't fine a heart rate monitor that will work with there pacemakers but this one works fine for me.

I am very pleased with buying this product. I had a few issues with pairing but since then I do not workout without it and it helps a lot with my workout and keeping me at a steady heart rate for a maximum workout. Everyone training should have one.

Had an old Polar chest strap heart rate monitor from 2006, still works, but wanted one to connect to smart phone. This does what I wanted. Tested both the old and this one at the gym with the sensors on the machines and all came within a heart beat of each other. Easy to set up, and contrary to reviews on their web site, customer service was extremely helpful. Was worried about the sizing of medium to large, but it adjusts easy and fits me perfect. I am 5 ft 4 inches and weigh 135 lbs. So don't let the size ranger scare you off. LOVE MINE

Very accurate in monitoring heart rate/calories/distance etc. and is not uncomfortable to wear as I initially thought. Bluetooth to polar watch for pairing. Very easy and user friendly.

I also have a Garmin forerunner 305 chest strap that uses Ant+. It is about 5 years old. I needed a strap that used Bluetooth for my nordic track treadmill and for my digifit application. The Polar H7 monitor seems to pick up my pulse quicker than my garmin strap with less wetting and trying to position right.

This Heart Rate monitor works flawlessly... i mainly use it with a Precor Eliptical, and i haven't had any issues - it connects with ease, and is very accurate. I have tried to use it with the Polar app and my Samsung Galaxy S4, but haven't had the same success (but have only tried a couple of times); Best Buy also had the best price for this model

Bluetooth works great with my Polar FT4 as well as with the Polar Beat App. The app does register calories a little slower then FT4 watch but not by much. The only challenge I had with the Polar H7 Bluetooth sensor was I could not get my Polar FT4 watch to sync with it. I was able to find information on Polar customer support that you had to take out the battery of the H7 Bluetooth and reinsert. After that I had no problem syncing with my FT4.

I use this with my polar zoom bracelot, and also at the gym on equipment with blue ray to polar, which is most of it. Very responsive, accurate when compared to others in the gym. lightweight, unobtrusive, i don't even know i have it on oftentimes. it talks to my apps on iphone, ipad and macbook, keeps great records. I monitor so i know i'm doing the right excercise level, and also as a health monitor. I'm very pleased with this heart monitor strap.

I like this heart rate sensor because it is simple. It just reads your heart rate, and gives you an idea how many calories you are burning. I only wear it during workouts, so I don't need accelerometers and text alerts and whatever else. Also, the app is good, and works on android.

I have enjoyed using blue tooth technology as it is easier to download my exact calorie burn onto other apps such as fitness pal. My only complaint is the harder I work out it tends to stop showing my heart rate...very upsetting for me as I rely on this to be accurate do j know how many calories j can eat based on this feedback.

I've been using the H7 heart rate sensor for about two months, and it has been working as expected. I haven't had any Bluetooth connectivity issues or problems with it reading my heart rate correctly. The strap is adjustable and fits comfortably around the chest. I use the H7 with Runkeeper. I'm not as happy with the Polar Beat app designed for it. Overall, I'm very happy with H7.

I own an ft60 Polar ~ which I tend to forget at home from time to time. I rely on my heart rate monitors to get the best workout in possible. The sale price made this item "a must have" in addition if I want to get the new polar A300 - this monitor works perfectly with it.
