Used it about 3 times then it stopped working, i had really high hopes, it just freezes now after clicking the button

Its not connecting to my cell at all. I waited over 10 minutes several times to connect to print from my cell. But not working at all. Printing quality is poor either.

Perhaps I got a defective one but it wouldn’t connect to my phone at all which was the reason for the purchase

Was a graduation gift for my son. Didn't work after the first hour of use. Very disappointing as it was a gift he had to return!

Piece of crap. Pictures end up looking like garbage. But the hp sprocket 2nand use your iPhone as the camera.

Bought this as a gift for a 16 yr old. He is extremely happy to receive it and loves the ease of use and picture quality

i bought it and i loved it! i take it with me everywhere i go! i take photos of everything and add it on my wall!! i love how it has a touch screen so if u don't like the photo u can delete it! or if u wanna edit it.. then its easy right there and then!!

Just bought this camera and the picture are coming out really blurry I am using the film it came with. Anyone else having the same issue?

I bought ut my boyfriend the Snap Touch for his birthday in January 2018. He uses this camera on occasion but, when it’s not in use, it’s carefully put away in our dresser. We brought it out to our family get together just before Christmas and suddenly it won’t respond. It won’t charge, it is pretty much a paper weight. I look online and see this is a common problem and it’s most likely the battery malfunctioning. I get in contact with Polaroid and they tell me just what google did and said it’s most likely the battery malfunctioning. They absolutely cannot do anything for me unless I have my receipt. Considering I bought this when it came out, almost a year ago, I do not have the receipt. Still, there is nothing to be done without proof of purchase. I think this is ridiculous and a slap in the face to their customers. Obviously this is a common problem and they will do nothing about it? I wish I would have known this was the way they dealt with faulty products before I purchased my Onestep plus for Christmas. 0/10 do not recommend. Will never shop with Polaroid again.

This is an awesome camera, you can print pictures from your phone library and it’s nice that you can review before you print.

As a photographer and a tech junkie, just don't buy it. Trust me. I didn't listen to the negative things I read and I paid the price. This paperweight is full of bugs. It has a hard time focusing and letting you take the picture. The iOS app is also full of bugs. Printing from your phone is a horrible experience. It pulls all of your photos up super blurry and low-res and prints them just like that. Full of pixels. Another fun fact: it is not compatible with iOS 11. I feel like they just aren't even trying anymore.

I mainly waned it to take pictures with my good quality phone camera and then print it out but it still doesn't give the best quality, sadly

The door broke off of the 1st one. Now the replacement won't turn on. Tried charging it and it still won't turn on. 2 of these broke from December to May. Don't waste your money!
