I bought these as an upgrade from 10 year old Polk Audio "Bookshelf" front speakers, for a 7.1 system on an Onkyo receiver. Very pleased with the sound, and the power- even thought they are about half the weight of the speakers they replaced. The cherry finish is very attractive. I am now planning to replace the back speakers with another pair of these.

Replaced an older set of klipsch floor speakers to upgrade my system. Speakers are my fronts in a 5.1 system on high end stands. Sound is cleaner and clearer than before. Will need some playing time to break in but very pleased so far

Outstanding. Great stereo imagining. Clear and clean sound from bass to highs. Cabinet finish is furniture grade, so much better than all the vynil wraps.

These speakers are very bright and clear. They are working well with the bi-amp hookups. They could have a little more base, but the subwoofer makes up for that.

I bought these bookshelf speakers to replace a pair of KLH floor standing
speakers I have had for over 35 years and were in perfect condition. I just wanted to down-size. These Polk Audio bookshelf speakers have excellent sound except I wish they had a little more bass response. They are very finely crafted and heavy-duty.

Gorgeous sound + Looks!
Only drawback is price.
ELAC B6 are the same price
and walk all over these.
But, the cherry finish & warm sound
make these a winner!
The wife's sure to love em' too.
$70 cheaper would be a proper price.
