Top of the line good quality i will buy another one

Easy fit feel good over the ear and don’t slip off

Im a truck driver bought these because you can use either ear. They're comfortable bout the background noise is terrible

These people must think we all have ears the circumference of a waffle and just as thick, because getting this thing on and off is a task and a half. Why did Poly have to mess with a good thing?? We loved the ones that didn't have an over-the-ear thing. Bring back the old Voyager! It was an idiot move to change it.

Poor quality microphone! I have to yell so people can hear me. Noise cancellation doesn’t work well. The ear pieces constantly fall off or break easily. On the good side the connectivity range is good, sometimes too good.

This item only lasts about a year and they will not give you a warranty on it

It did not fit well in my ear(tried all three earpieces) and the sound quality was sub-par.

Don’t buy this is a piece of junk don’t last and not a promising purchase

I use these so much that over the years I have purchased 12 of them. They are excellent for my needs however after daily use they fall apart audio quits or start sounding muffled. sometimes will all of them that I have ever owned it wont tell you the battery power or it will not announce if the mute is on or off. The mute on/ Off is one of the best things about this device. Battery lasts a long time even after a year of use. love the volume up/ down/ good in noisy environments. I would give 5 stars but I am hard on them and I wear them out. But I can't find anything better so I'm going to buy another one. I used to pay for the insurance on these but they don't offer that anymore.

It's a good product with excellent sound quality and battery life for the price. I'm sorry it seems to have been discontinued.

The level of comfort within my ear exceeds all other ear pieces I've used. Plus, the volume is perfect for me.

I still have it. Work perfectly. Excellent noise cancellation. Battery last 4 hours max.

Fairly disappointed. I bought one a few years ago and returned it. Now I remember why - the sound quality (on my end at least) is pretty bad. Fit is also poor. The speaker does not rest where it should, regardless of what I do. I had a Blue Parrott for years which sounded better and fit perfectly. Battery life also seems horrible. If I leave it sitting on my desk it'll be dead within a day, even without using. My Blue Parrott would last a week like that.

Love these headsets. I have owned a few of these over the past few years and have tried other brands, but keep coming back to these.
