I bought this one as a Christmas gift. There’s not a cord to mess with to keep it out of your way. Wireless controller link up to your game effortlessly. There happy at the end of the day..

Good alternative to the genuine Nintendo products. It’s easy to set up and feels like the original GameCube controller.

Overall, this is a great controller. My only gripe is that it doesn’t come with rechargeable batteries. It also doesn’t have rumble / vibration. Other than that, it feels just like the original GameCube controllers.

Love this controller. My grandson & I have always loved Pickachu. We have so many things with him on it. Easy to use & being wireless is great.

Great, fun, affordable wireless controller! Love the button layout of this controller far more than the Switch Pro and at less than $30 this was a heck of a deal. The buttons and thumbsticks are very responsive and smooth. It is on the lighter side so if you prefer a heavier controller in your hand this might now be for you. Otherwise I would recommend this brand and controller type to anyone looking (offered in several paint schemes).

I’ve always loved the GameCube controller. Especially for Smash Bros. Just missing the rumble or else everything would be good.

As stated it's a controller that's meant to be a modern iteration of the controller made for the Nintendo Gamecube. While extra buttons are added to suit the new platform it's made for and the shoulder buttons were changed due to the lack of pressure sensitive inputs with Switch titles. Admittedly the L and R buttons being more "clicky" really feels uncomfortable to someone whose used an actual Gamecube controller prior, the Z button was redesigned so it definitely feels different, and with there being 4 different buttons in the middle, a seasoned veteran of the Gamecube controller will more than likely mistakenly press the capture or home button instead of the + button (aka the closes equivalent in function to the Start/Pause button) as they were placed more in the area of where the button used to be. Other than that the rest of the controller feels exactly like what the Gamecube controller did. If you can't change the control layout in some games, I personally wouldn't recommend using this controller for a game like that as the usual button mapping would be completely uncomfortable (ie B is the main-use button instead of A so you'll be using the small button instead of the large one as the Gamecube controller design was designed to be for.) For Super Smash Bros, definitely recommended as it's by default suited to it. While it does run on double As, rechargeable double As are a simple solution and the weight of them gives the controller a proper weight to where it feels durable and proper instead of cheap.

I've always preferred the size and shape, as well as the button layout of the Gamecube controller over all other controllers. Very happy I have this option to play with on my Switch. Build quality feels nowhere near as solid as the original GC controller, still the best option for my preference.

My 9 and 7 year old boys love this controller. They prefer it over the controller that came with the Switch because everything is much easier to manipulate in their small hands. Would definitely buy again especially at a Deal of the Day price.

Bought this for Super Smash Bros and it works great, just like an old Gamecube controller! In other games, it has some problems because it doesn't have a rumble function. Sometimes can get stick drift, but otherwise good value.

Super Smooth controller! Connects easily and has a great response time to movement in game. Definitely recommend this to players who feel uncomfortable with the switch controllers, this is a fantastic alternative!

Seemed like a solid controller, but I mainly just have it for an extra controller if we have friends over. I usually use my pro controller. It seemed like the batteries went really fast in it so I wouldn't want to use it regularly, just for guests. Was bought on sale so it was a good value at sale price but idk about full price.

I'm collecting all varieties of the Nintendo switch GameCube style Pokemon themed wireless controllers. I haven't used it, but it came in perfect condition and I'm happy that it came with batteries.

Initially purchased for my seven year old but was not a comfortable as Joycons on the Joycon grip to him. The controller is comfortable and responsive. Smaller hands may find it bulky but ten years and up should have no issue. I tried the controller out with big hands and it felt better than the official pro controller. I picked the controller up new for $35 so the value was perfect.
