Is a good water dispenser I drink a lot more water because before I was only drinking water bottles and now a 5 gallons bottle takes me a week to drink it and cheaper that be buying packages of 24 or 40 bottles

I thought this one came with an LED light for use at night but I guess that is only on certain models. It has too switches on the back: one for heat and the other for cooling. So you do have the option to dispense room temperature water if you like. It has an indicator light for when the 5 gallon bottle becomes empty. I'm disappointed that the "straw connector" does not set completely on the "Primo type" bottles so there is always a little watter left at the bottom. I cannot fit a 20oz bottle onto the shelf but regular 16oz bottles fit. Overall it works great. Saves room in the fridge without having water bottles and saves money.

At first I was upset because the machine was not dispensing water, then I checked YouTube and was an easy fix took me less than 5 minutes, apparently happened when they were transporting the item a hose was loose however is 3 minutes for you to take the top part (regular screw driver ) clicking back the hose, after that everything was perfect, this machine works like a champion, I noticed that even businesses are using it. Take no time to cold the water and you can make tea with the hot water option. Check YouTube is this happening to you do not return this item, this a very good product made in China but good

I bought this as a wedding gift for my brother and sister-in-law. My sister-in-law is a very small girl and she can reload this with ease. They have not had any complaints.

Florida had the worst water in the world and this has saved us all. It has hot, room, and extra cold and a night light. It’s pretty quiet unless you’re putting in a new bottle but it doesn’t bother me at all. I love it so much!

I did quite a bit of reading looking for a quality water dispenser and this one has to be one of the better one's i have seen on the internet and the ability to price match another store with also having the warranty is nice. I have saved so much on not having to buy bottled water anymore since having this and its nice to be able to get hot water with a flick of a switch.

Beautiful, no tank on top. Cool, cold or hot water. Lots of bells and whistles but hidden. LOVE the tank on bottom, hidden. Takes about ten secs to slide a 5 gal tank on bottom compartment and snap on cap. No lifting. Couldn't be happier with this purchase..really an investment in our health.

This machine is pretty good. It gives perfect temperatures, its very hot, very cold, and room temperature. Only thing I dont like is the loud noise it makes when it soaks up water. Other than that, no issues.

I have this in my office & it’s been good to me. The one negative thing is that the hot water option doesn’t work, not right away at least. I use it mostly for cold, none the less.

Totally love this water dispenser because it's easy to use and a water bottle fits under the spout. It's louder than my fridge and that's a huge surprise but I still would have bought it even if I knew it was loud.

This a great water dispenser and has a cold and hot water option and the ease of putting the water gallon on the bottom.

An excellent bottom water dispenser. I have watched some review videos on which one should I buy. I did not get disappointment with Primo Water. Really easy to install, and it isn't that big to take a lot of space. I should have done this long time ago finally no more recycle bottles of water all over the house. I am totally recommend this bottom water to anyone wants to save money on water 10-out-10.

Its very nice water dispenser. Very hot and very cold water indeed! Water gallons can be installed easily without lifting.
