I bought this after reviewing various other. I do not use the cold water and warm water in it, but the functionality is there for cold. price was great and buttons are at top, so my 2 year old cant reach.

I bought this water dispenser since every grocery store I enter has Primo water bottles and return dispensers for convenient exchange. The water dispenser works great looks great black with stainless steel body. The water pours very cold water, and hot water too. Overall satisfied with the dispenser itself. However, still questionable if it is economically sound since you can buy a gallon of water jugs for under a dollar while the 5 gallon after exchange averages 20 cents above a dollar. Yes, environmentally I am being a good stuart not wasting pints of water bottles, but I also love saving and it has its pros and cons. Overall, I still love the decision to own this water dispenser.

Bought this to replace the ones we rent from the water delivery company. Very happy with purchase. Will be getting two more.

This sure beats paying rental fees. Until now I have had to rely on sub par performance of a rented unit. Thanks for offering such a diverse selection of products.

We love this cooler for our newly renovated fitness center. The only negative aspect is that there is nowhere to dispense cups.

I got this dispenser, after setting it up i found out that the hot was not working. However, because it cannot be easily returned, i had to kept it. Please if you have to buy this product, buy it from a store where you can easily return it if it is not working.

This water cooler(and heater) does everthing we need it to do. Hot water, cold water and cool water.

this stand tips to the side. Not good if you have children unsafe and when changing the gallon as well

my mom bought this c***! and and the hot water is broken after 1 year. The water is dirty every time it comes out. Don't waste $ 134 on this s***.
