    These give a good workout when you want a challenge without overdoing it, or don't want to grip a dumbell. They feel a little weird though.

    I BOUGHT THE PROFORM 1LB ANKLE AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY CAME APART. THE QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD. I WAS DISAPPOINTED.
