Waste of money. Bought in May 2021 and it was great. February of 2023 it broke and I had it pay about $500 to have it fixed - which was a nightmare and took over a month. Now it’s October 2023 and the same part is broken again and apparently not under warranty. Not to mention that ifit tripled my membership fee out of nowhere. Don’t buy ifit or proform, both are an absolute nightmare.

I been using this Treadmill for the past 3 weeks. I had no complaints so far. I'll have to wait until I start jogging on the fastest setting to check if the stability remains the same. I wasn't able to use the membership that came included with the machine. I didn't want to add my credit card information to it. I mainly bought it since I didn't want to go to the gym and get sick with covid. I do find that I have to be careful when jogging on where my hands are moving since I can hit the panel by accident.

I think it's a excellent treadmill. Took a little time to assemble but not difficult. Easy to operate and the cushioned base is a nice feature. Delivery was timely and they carried it right in the house for me.

I love this Treadmill! It only took us about an hour to set up. iFit is amazing! It’s very easy to use and is well put together. You can choose manual mode if you don’t want to use iFit. I am very happy with my purchase!

I have had this treadmill for almost a year now. The first 5 months I used it everyday for around an hour every morning. The past 6 months my basment/home gym have been under construction so i havent used it lately. However, towards the end of the first 5 month period, the treadmill makes some pretty odd creaks and noises when the treadmill inclines and declines during an iFIT workout. Having a tech come out to check it out soon. Other than that, i enjoy the machine.

Was a great unit… while it was working. I may have gotten a lemon of a unit. I bought the unit in Jan 2021 Amd after just a couple months of use it developed a loud squeeking nosie while i was running, I had to get the roller replaced. It is now March 2022 a little over a year the belt developed a tear. Good thing i purchased the protection plan, for these types of things. BB was able to give me an exchange for someting otter unit and i had to pay the differnce. Crossing my finger i have a better experience with it than with the last one

Pretty nice. Decent size screen. People complaining about the load up time, just leave it on… screen goes to sleep and doesn’t pull a lot of power. Nice incline setting. I like it.

Assembling the top was a nightmare but I've dealt with difficult assembly's before. However finding that the safety key doesn't fit in the slot and I cant even use the thing. The key in all the photos sits flush in the power slot but my key has two metal prongs sticking out of the bottom with no where to insert it. This machine is just dead weight right now and I want the correct key.

I couldn't be happier with my new treadmill. It is sturdy and feels like the treadmills at the gym. I LOVE the (1 year free) iFit that comes with it. A great purchase.

good quality, great price for budget. Arm rest are tricky since it doesn't align right when you put it together. Tablet takes a min to boot up and get going. Other than that what can i say? it does what its suppose to.

Very happy with this purchase. I was replacing a 22 Year Old Proform, so I was confident in buying another one. This Treadmill has everything we needed/wanted: Large 20x55" footbed (my previous was 16x45" so this was a great change), Powerful motor, Quick keys for changing incline and speed (I use this with the Peloton App, so quick change is key), Fan, powerful speakers (my only complaint here is that the speakers do not connect via Bluetooth - but I bought a $7 amazon cord to connect to my Ipad and it works great and is LOUD), and a nice display - I don't Use iFIT (yet) and the display has the key stats. My Garmin also auto-connects to display heartrate. There are some complaints about assembly. I am handy guy had no issues - Yes, when you attach the console to the frame - the screws don't easily line up - pro tip is to make sure both posts are loose and only screw in each of the 4 screws a little at first - once all in, tighten. Love the unit and recommend it.

Great buy. Runs quiet, You really can not roll it like photos show, its heavy and how it has to be pulled or pushed makes it difficult for anyone 5 foot to handle.

This is awesome. I like the fact that you have a screen and a free one-year ifit membership to guide your fitness journey. Screen may be small for those used to big screens.

Have had this treadmill for about a month now. Use it about 5 times a week for mixed walking and running. Works great so far. Only using it in manual mode have not really messed with the optional IFit stuff. Does everything we need to do. Very heavy box to get it where you want it. Assembly wasn't too terrible, about 3 hours for one person to do. The head console unit was the only thing that didn't really want to line up with the holes and get on squarely but I managed.

Installation was not too difficult and product works beautifully.

Love this treadmill , very smooth to walk and run on.

Got a great price. Is easy to use and easy to install. I tu to work out every day. It doesn’t take much space compare to other machines

Need 2 people to put it together; takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Works great and pretty quiet. This treadmill works very well with the ifit app. There are many workouts to choose from and the treadmill speeds up, slows down, inclines, and declines as you follow the trainer. I haven't gotten my phone to be able to hook up to the bluetooth yet. I read on reviews to set up the ifit subscription on your phone or computer first - did that and it was very easy then to put in the info on the treadmill and get it going.
