    The same version as sold on Intuits website only this one comes with the payroll subscription and its much less expensive. Would have been five stars but I did have to contact Quickbooks customer support to get the enhanced payroll to work correctly.

    Difficult and long transfer process if you are "upgrading" from the previous version. New subscription model forces an "upgrade" every year and will charge an extra few hundred dollars if you let it auto renew for you. Constantly changing how information is entered and if entered in an unexpected manner will erase the data and not inform you. When inputting tax rates the setup will stop at 3 significant digits and will not let you put in your actual tax rates unless you manually find the correct window. I could go on but to keep it simple, the price, bugs, and difficulty of the product has discouraged me from recommending it.
