Great Total Body Workout

I like this workout because it is under 50 minutes but gets the job done. It's a total body workout with modifications for the beginner and advanced. It has a nice mix of cardio and strength training and its challenging but not too difficult that you won't want to do it again. There's even a bonus ab section, which I haven't tried that yet, although I was so pleased with the whole workout that I expect that portion is just as good as the rest. This is a great workout if you're looking to tone and sweat.

I love RIPPED!!!! It is not just one type of workout. It includes cardio,
Plyometrics, weights for power development, interval training, and endurance all in this one-hour workout!!! This allows for me to remain in shape and burn calories for a full 24-hours by this quick workout. As well, there are RIPPED classes at some gyms where I can attend and change-up my workouts!! Great music is also a plus.

It is awesome that R.I.P.P.E.D. has made their video available to everyday people. I enjoy the fact that I can workout in the privacy of my home at my own pace. I like the breakdown of the workout and that I work out every muscle group. I also like the modifications...I can start low and build.

I like that this is broken down in parts, so if you are short on time you can do as many segments as you have time for, or you can do the whole workout in basically 40 minutes. It is high energy but they do give you little bites of catch your breath time here and there. It is also not boring. It is a little high impact if you have bad knees like me. I usually pay the price after I do it with knee joint pain. All you need is your free weights. I use my heart rate monitor and burnt about 500 calories on 1st use. you can burn over 700 if you do it as they instruct!

Good workout and hits it all at once. Weights, plyometrics, aerobic stuff, etc. Good time saver.
