Best part of this one for me is that I can turn off enemy bullets. This makes the title accessible to my 6-year old who is just showing interest in playing games with me. He's not frustrated, and we're having a blast together. Aside from the practice setting, this is a must own shoot em up. It holds up well to the original and the graphics are refined as well as voice acting being added for the story. Which leads me to a weak point in the game. The story. The story is fine, it's the presentation. Characters are talking while you're in round, but even after tweaking the settings, their voices are tough to discern from the game noises and often distract me when I try to read the subs while playing. Maybe that was the point, added distraction from the myriad of bullets. The soundtrack, however, is perfect. Brings back great memories and this copy of the game came with the soundtrack on a separate disc which I've been enjoying. If you've got the urge for a great shoot em up and you don't mind the very minor nuances that are the voices this is a great one to add to the collection.

Shooting up one of the best gaming I Like . Raiden 5 you can find for many different platforms playstation,Turbo grafix , Atari jaguar And Xbox 360 .Now we have Raiden V for playstation 4. If you have playstation 4 go and buy one because xbox 1 owner can buy this product only on eBay for high Price .If You like shooting up go ahead and buy this game .

I've been playing the Raiden series since the first one was in the arcades and have the original on Turbografx-16 and Atari Jaguar. It's possibly the best top-down shooter series and has been for a long time running. The fifth installment is just a continuation of this trend, and it's possibly the best in the series. If you like this, also try out Caladrius Blaze; similar games and I believe the same publisher.

Huge Raiden fan here & this is one of the better games in the franchise. The soundtrack is rockin', the gameplay is fast & challenging - though you can make it easier if you like, the graphics are the best they've been, and the replayability is off the charts. Highly recommended!

Raiden V follows the previous series nicely. Even with a OST, the $40 is a bit much but a recent coupon and GCU made me decide. Recommended.

Reminds me of the original. So many ways to play this game so many features. If your a fan of the raider franchise your gonna love this one

If you are a fan of shoot 'em ups, you will like this game. Excellent pace with responsive controls. This genre demands a solid soundtrack playing in the background while you blast your enemies away, and Raiden V has really good one. Raiden V also has co-op which is a nice addition. Plan to turn up your TV volume and enjoy!

Raiden V is a pretty shoot em up that challenges your dodging skills. Action is fast and fun.

It's awesome that this came out. A fantastic game improved further and an included soundtrack CD. One of the best shooters of out time. It's good to see the genre still alive and thriving.
