    Amazing Chair!

Setup Ok first off this box was heavy! I workout 3-4 times per week, and barely moved it myself after it was delivered and that was tough, so plan to have some help. Also set it up near where you plan to use it to make the move a little easier. My chair space to my desk has a narrow entrance, so I did the early assembly nearby and moved the big pieces to my desk to assemble them there to avoid moving a beast of a chair over my head (and monitors). Assembly was fairly easy, and takes less than 30 minutes. The instructions and diagrams were simple and easy to understand. They include some gloves, which I didn’t use, and some humorous instructions on the box. Usage So my previous chair was a fairly comfortable mesh chair that was highly rated, but I missed having a tall back where I can let my head and upper back rest on. Also the support on my other chair wasn’t great. My first sit in this one felt solid and very comfortable, and definitely full of support. Lumbar support is nice to have, and can be minimized if you don’t like it. I was immediately excited about using this chair! Foam cushion is more supportive than I would have imagined, you won’t sink in at all but still be comfortable. They kept customization in mind when designing it for sure… Adjustability This chair has so many adjustments, its great! Here are the options I’ve used… - Lumbar position and size - Chair height and recline - Arm rest vertical and horizontal position I really like the arm rest horizontal position because my old chairs’ arms would get caught under my desk anytime I swiveled the chair and leaned back a bit. Don’t have that problem with this char. I sit in my computer chair 8-10 hours per day, and having something that can adjust to me and my environment is so nice. Opinion This really is a great computer chair. I’ve never owned a gaming chair before, but now the bar has been set higher. Between work and gaming, it gives me the support and comfort I didn’t know I needed. Even when I’m sitting forward during gaming, the lumbar still provides contact support to my lower back based on my lumbar settings. The pillow at the top is the cherry on top for relaxing my head. I also have a tv in my office so its ideal for leaning back and watching it when desired. Now this thing just needs an extendable foot rest and I’ll be living like a king. But seriously, this is an impressive chair. My only concern is I hope the plastic arm rests don’t crack with time as I’ve seen with some chairs, but currently there is no reason to believe it will. They advertise it is resistant to “peeling and cracking” on the synthetic leather, so hopefully the arm rest plastics hold up as well. On top of it, the chair is a nice addition to the office giving my workspace a fantastic modern look.

Best computer chair I have ever owned

I can compare the Razer Iskur V2 gaming chair to the only two computer chairs I have owned previously. The first was an inexpensive chair that did not last long. The second was a very expensive chair I bought from one of the office box stores. It lasted over 20 years before the faux leather started peeling. Its functioning was adequate, but I never felt completely comfortable in it. By contrast, the Razer Iskur V2 Gaming Chair is an absolute dream, everything I hoped for in a computer chair. It is extremely solid and very heavy. The directions recommend assembling it with a partner because the individual sections are so heavy. I managed the assembly on my own without difficulty, although I can see why they recommended having two people assemble the chair. Assembly was actually very simple and straightforward; basically, you simply insert the wheels into the wheel rack, insert two pieces into the center of the wheel rack, remove four bolts in two places (the directions say "loosen," but you need to remove the bolts completely) and then re-insert and tighten the eight bolts after attaching parts. Razer supplies a tool for removing and tightening the bolts and even a pair of gloves to protect your hands while doing this. A piece of cake. My favorite part of the directions was on the inside cover of the box containing the chair (see photos). The portion of product directions that contain warnings is typically dull beyond words. The warnings for how not to use the Razer Iskur chair showed a sense of humor not normally encountered. Most importantly, I could instantly feel the difference between this chair and the expensive office chair I used previously. The Razer Iskur is infinitely more comfortable. It has better lumbar support, the arms adjust easily forward or backward, and the controls for raising and lowering the chair and for adjusting the tilt of the back work effortlessly and flawlessly. For a nice added touch, Razer supplies a soft pillow for the top of the chair that supports my head. I have never experienced such comfort in a computer chair, and I hope to keep this one for the next 20 years, when I am in my 90s.

This is my first gaming chair, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed by both the easy of build, and the overall comfort of the Iskur. The build itself was very easy. I was able to put the chair together solo in roughly 30 minutes. At no point did I have issues or wish there was someone else that could assist. For those that have put any type of chair together, they can be a pain, but Razer did a phenominal job around ease of build. The chair is rated for 300 lbs and has a tone of adjustment that can be made to ensure you find the right fit for you. The back does recline, and the base you can lock in place if you so desire. The height of the chair can adjust as well, which one would expect. The best feature and one that I believe everyone will benefit from is the lumbar support adjustment. When adjusting, you can feel the adjustment real time and just simply stop when you get to a point that feels the most comfortable to you. The armreset themselves also adjust so you can finetune those to your likely as well. The chair also comes with a nice head pillow that straps to the headrest and I have really enjoyed this part of the chair. There are times I like to lay my head back during long gaming sessions and to have a pillow waiting for you there is amazing! This is the chair to get if you spend long hours gaming or even working. Its comfortable and has numerous adjustments you can make for your needs.

The Razer Iskur is a comfortable and well supported chair that was extremely easy to assemble. Now I've assembled my fair share of furniture of the years, but Razer went above and beyond with this chair. For starters, all the screws were pre-inserted into the spots where they belonged. This meant now comparing a chart to a bag of screws and hoping you were working with the correct ones. It did take a moment to remove the screws for assembly, but Razer also included a great allen wrench in the box. The ball tip design and sturdy plastic handle made removing and installing all the parts a breeze. The comfort of this chair is top notch. The lumbar support feels natural and not forced. The two directions of adjustment also make it great for almost any back needs. The seat is unique in that it does not appear to have a wood plate like many other manufactures use, but instead works with a wire reinforcement system. I didn't dig too deep into the insides as I didn't want to ruin my chair, but it is different and comfortable. The adjustable back angle works, but I find myself not really adjusting it once I have the position I want, and that's not a bad thing. Where I will knock the design is the arm supports and the head rest strap. The arm support padding is very indifferent compared to what the rest of the market is using. It's passable, but when you've had memory foam arm rests, it's hard for the rest to compete. Also, because of the many degrees of adjustment on the arm supports, the undersides have some sharper edges. You won't really notice them unless you are gripping the arm, but they are there. I found the solution to both of these problems to be purchasing some memory foam office chair arm covers. I get my padding back and the underside is covered. As I mentioned, I also don't like the strap on the headrest. It's functional, but with where the buckle is, I foresee it damaging the chair material in the long run. The buckle would have been better positioned on the back side of the chair instead of on a seam. All in all, a great chair and it will be a welcome office addition in either your home or job.

Let me start by saying that I was extremely disappointed Best Buy did not have these chairs on display to try out, I mean come on its a 600 dollar chair. At first I was going to get the Enki and save some money HOWEVER........ I went to some office stores that had chairs on display, office depot has a chair called the RS Gaming Vertex chair now i bring this up because the chair is identical to the original Iskur version with the independent lumbar support, I sat in that chair for an hour, pure bliss , total back support no back pain. That trip gave me a chance to try all kinds of chairs however i kept coming back to the "vertex" lumbar support and changed my order from the Razer Enki to the Razer Iskur V2. The V2 has superior lumbar control and support adjust in and out as well as up and down it moves with your back and the whole chair encourages good posture no pressure points for me no numb bum or legs either. In addition the V2 has lower side bolsters so as not to inhibit you from spreading your legs out a bit. Why didnt i get the office depot vertex and save 200 bucks? Good Question, while very identical the vertex had the higher side bolsters on the bottom of the seat and the lumbar support was made of a rubbery material which feels good on your back but unfortunately it SQUEAKS with the slightest of movement and i mean squeaks, this is not a problem with the materials used on the ISKUR V2 it's relatively quiet for a chair. The pillow is a nice touch not just for looks it actually feels good as a pillow. My only complaint: fake leather, vegan leather, its all CRAP compared to REAL LEATHER which is what you should be getting at this price point or a nice cloth option cuz as we all know the FAKE leather products will peel and fade over time, the chairs surfaces feel good for now, if i am wearing minimal clothing say no shirt or perhaps shorts and a tank, i put a towel over the chair to protect it from sweat. REAL LEATHER would not have this problem consumers really need to speak out on this problem. If lower back is your comfort concern definitely skip the enki and go for the iskur V2 you wont be sorry

Love this chair, needed a good chair to get instead of getting cheap amazon ones every year or so. Use it for hours on end without getting up. Super comfortable and great quality and adjustability. Wheels move around super smoothly.

I'm 5'11" and 200lbs. I purchased this as a second razer chair. I own the original Iskur, however the back support was lacking. I tried multiple pillows over the past couple years. They worked but that chair was no where near as comfortable and supportive as the v2. Watching many unboxing reviews online some state there is no is not upper and lower adjustment. It does a have that option on this version. Also note online there is this extra adjustment on a cable in the online videos. This is not present on this video, this chair is like having all of the adjustment options you would have in a very configurable car seat. The seat on my previous chair was too firm. Even after 2 years it held up well but I felt my rear wanting to fall asleep after sitting forward in a long gaming session. This version is absolutely perfect right out of the box. The head pillow is made of soft velvet material, with soft memory foam. I bought a few versions similar to this for my last chair, however I found them either too stiff, or pushed my head to far forward to be comfortable. On a final note this chair goes a couple inches higher than most you will find online. I have a really tall table, and a shorter chair would end up making my shoulder blades hurt due to how high my elbows were raised to compensate for the lower seat height. My only complaint (which is small), is the head pillow should be magnetic like the Secret Lab Titan, or the Inland Kage chairs.

I love this chair! It is a very good quality gaming chair. The seat is firm but has good support on the body. For me, the adaptive lumbar is the best part of this chair. I can’t say any negative things about this chair. I wish found this chair sooner because it is very comfortable to sit on. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is looking for a quality chair.

This chair is very comfortable. Not "plush, sink into it" comfortable, but supportive and customizable to sit in a correct and supportive seating position, comfortable. The additional lower back support that moves with you is very customizable and you only notice it if you think about it. It shouldnt be noticable and sitting correctly it will just move with you. Only con so far: The further extended the arm rests are, they are slightly wiggly. More of a quality item than a con, but they are made of metal so I would think the fit would be tighter. Overall I recommend this chair to anyone who sits for long hours working/gaming and also wants to be supported and comfortable in an ergonimically correct seating position!! Not a lounge chair.

I brought the chair a few weeks ago to replace my Serta. Starting with packing, the chair is packed very systematically with good packing and easy to remove covers. the few tools and screws are well placed and packed so they don't get misplaced. Great Packing! Next, the assembly - the assembly is on a great big sheet of hard board and not a pamphlet. This makes the process to view and assemble very easy - plus the assembly itself is very intuitive. It took me about 30 mins to assemble the chair end to end. Easy Assembly! Next is the comfort, i think the bottom padding is slightly on the harder side. May feel harder for some. The chair has good number of adjustments for the armrest, lumbar support as well as a Car Style back positioning. Which allows you to lean back without having to put continued pressure. There is also the normal height adjustment. I think the chair is expensive but if it lasts as long as the warranty, it is well worth it. I am currently very happy with the purchase!

I’m on the heavier side for an adult male (250lbs). This chair handles my weight with no issues. Unlike some other chairs I’ve had, the build quality on this one is exceptional. The adjustability is also phenomenal. My only complaint is even after 20+ total hours of sitting in the chair, it’s still fairly firm. Some may find it more appealing, but I don’t much care for it.

This has been the most comfortable gaming chair I have sat in and the adjustable lumbar support is the sole reason. I would give this 5 stars if I could put the same seat as the Enki on it and that was an option at the Razer store level. My back no longer hurts so that is a huge win regardless of the seat cushion. The cushion is fine just a hard thinner pad than its lower-cost model.

The quality is more durable compared to a number of chairs that I’ve tried - both office and gaming chairs in various locations in my city. And it is a heavier and more sturdy chair. If you want a softer seat, then you will have to purchase a cushion, especially when it is new.
