The headset is an enduring , very comfortable, good quality for people who love reliability. It has an adjustable mic that adjusts to any length you want. The padding on the headset is what makes it so comfortable and also adjustable the adjustable sizing. The sound quality and mic performance is very clear and well established. I’ve used this headset for about year now and I can tell you it is still preforming like if it was brand new. Highly recommend this headset for people who love to game.

Let me explain why these got 4 instead of 5 stars. First: I bought these for my Xbox Series S because I needed a jacked headset. The cord is pretty long so I just made sure to keep the rubber thing it comes packed with to keep the cord shorter because I sit at a desk right by my console. I personally really like the sound. My husband has Astros and while he feels like there is a difference I really have never felt like I'm missing out on anything. When I got my PS5 I could hear things my team couldn't. Comfort: They are very comfortable. I wear them for HOURS...and I wear glasses!!! Very important for glasses wearers to find over the ear, comfortable headsets. Hearing myself on mic; I sound fine. I don't feel *as* clear as my teammates but they are also just louder people. So if anything the mic is my only complaint and it's not even bad. I got attachable kitty ears in the same color as the headset to make them cute. Now on to the loss of 1 star: the mic just doesn't work well with my PS5. They immediately said my voice was different, almost like I was far away or in a tin can. Listening to team playback I was really bothered at how well my teammates sounded, and I didn't. Again, soundwise I felt like they were great but I just couldn't get past my voice in the playback clips. GRANTED...it took 3 other headsets to find one that didn't sound horrible. Some others were crackling, echoing, all that. These didn't do that at all, it just wasn't as clear as my teammates. So I ended up getting SteelSeries and they ended up sounding "the best I've ever sounded" according to my team. If you don't feel like you need to sound perfectly crystal clear then these wouldn't be a problem, it just bothers me personally. I take care of my stuff and keep these hung up on my wall. They are easy to move around and adjust, so they aren't a firm shape when I hang them up but I also don't feel like they are so loose and dangly that they're going to be trashed. I've had them for idk like 8ish months and they're still in great shape. I also love that the volume AND mute are in the same spot; on the cord!! I hate when headsets have all the buttons near the ears (downside of the SteelSeries). I can grab my cord real quick for volume and mute; easy-peasy. Overall: If you're looking for a pink headset, with good sound, a decent mic if you're on Xbox, comfortable (especially with glasses), and won't break the bank...get these!!! I'm actually bummed I have to use a different (more expensive) headset with the PS5 because I really do love these.

I am 66-years old and I have had a lot of headphones over the years. I will have to say that I believe that these are the best audio sound and most comfortable headset I have EVER had. THANK YOU RAZER FOR MAKING THE BEST, and BEST BUY FOR MAKING THEM AFORDABLE.

Great product for the price. My one complaint is that that volume control button on both pairs of these that I own seems to need to be properly located in order for me to hear out of both sides. The quality is overall great as far as sound and comfort.

Bought one of these 4 years ago and I only just now had to replace it, good sound and mic quality for the price. It is very comfortable too, never had a problem with it hurting my ears or making me sweat.

A year later and it's still holding up, I got refurbished and was in love with the clean look and metal frame that gives it a slick and high quality look and feel. I was surprised with mic quality and it sounds great and gives good Spatial Audio for competitive gaming. All around love this headset and would 100% recommend it.

I am obsessed with the pink color! They are really sturdy, great sound, and just overall awesome quality. They even come in a very sturdy box. The one major flaw in my opinion is that they don’t have voice feedback (where you can hear yourself speak). I constantly feel like I’m yelling or stumbling over my words. My less expensive turtle beaches have voice feedback and so I was shocked that these didn’t. They would be a perfect 5 if they had that feature. They are good in my opinion and are extremely comfortable. No pressure on your head or ears whatsoever. I got them on sale with a free gift (the RGB stand) so I guess I can’t really complain.

Overall good audio quality, mic is decent, havent gotten any complains from friends not being able to hear me etc. Ear cuffs are pretty comfy, even for someone with glasses. Great for long gaming sessions. Only thing I didn't like was the awkwardly long 3.5 audio cable. Its not detachable and its a lot longer than other wired headsets I've had, often feels like a pile of cable in my lap. Some might like longer cables, I just don't.

Hey Gamer, it me. Yea this product the bestest. Good ear feels, good sound. So much comfort that I forget about how my parents never hugged me enough.. or remembered it was my birthday... But the Razer Kraken never forgets ear comfort and sound quality. I game alot and hearing the sound quality in God of War. Everytime I hear the way Kratos calls his son "Boy" through these headphones, I cry real man tears. Hearing that thick bass voice in these headphones sounds great but also makes me reflect on my homelife.. anyway these are some good headphones get you a pair, get one for your brother, get one for your sister, this some good stuff. It's the bestest 10/10 go buy Bye bye

Works very well, it’s my second pair. I would’ve given five stars if they didn’t ship it in just the original packaging, actual xbox logos and razer logos on my doorstep; not ideal. this is a picture of my controllers box it came in. I can’t show the other side because my address is on it.

The Razer Kraken headset is fairly comfortable. I was hesitant to get it at first since the reviews I’ve seen online make it look much larger than it is. It feels really nicely on your head and it is lightweight. The ear cooling foam is great since it keeps your ears comfortable even when wearing it for long periods of time. The headset cups are rimmed with metal and the headset itself doesn't feel cheap. I am not a pink color fan but this color looks like that carnation pink in your crayon box. My suggestion for future versions would be to make the ears part of the over the ears headset smaller, if possible. I bought this with the base Chroma and it looks great together. I have no complaints about this headset, its well made. I do wish I purchased a wireless instead! The 7.1 surround program which comes with this is great! The current deal for the quartz pink kraken with the base chroma for $65-70 is worth it!

Headphone have excellent sound & quality…. Easy setup & Easy to use basically just plug in play… It have chat & game option or both like it’s the best $80 well spent and worth every penny thanks kraken for the awesome product

It came in exceptionally good condition. I’ve been using the product for over a week now and haven’t had any problems with it. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. Overall a great purchase for a budget.

works perfectly and came SO fast. compatible with just about anything, as it has a converter if needed (different jack type). sound quality is great and i will always buy razer !

Love these headphones!!! I sometimes forget the volume control on the cord but works very well. When playing, everyone can hear you clearly and you can hear them perfectly.

It was a good wired headset that lasted me quite a while and I would recommend this if you need a lower cost headset with good quality.

Great headset for the price. They are comfortable and lightweight compared to my HyperX Cloud Alpha’s. They sound great paired with Razer’s THX Spatial Audio. Can’t go wrong.
