This mouse is excellent for use with the MMORPG I play called World of Warcraft. As a character of the Horde or Alliance, you must use your abilities as you level up. Assign the thumb grid accordingly.

I Like Customizable Keys :) I Can Comfortable Play Most Games Using Only The Mouse. wasd qe Shift Space And tab\I Is All I Usaully Need And This Mouse Has A Nice Weight.

This is one of the best mouses you can get for MMORPG. With easy to use buttons and programable macros, it will take your gaming to a whole new level. There are also ones with fewer buttons for FPS and MOBAS. I highly reccomend getting this.

I would like it noted that I'd prefer to give this a 3.5/5 stars, but there's no half scores so 4/5 is my compromise as I still do genuinely like it. Also, I bought this when it was around $44, so I'm coming at this from that perspective. This is the third Razer Naga I've had in my lifetime, and it's good for the most part. The side buttons have always been the biggest highlight, and they remain so on this one. It also feels lighter than the last two I had as well, so that's been a pleasant surprise. And it's a good fit for my hands, too, as they're on the smaller-yet-stubbier side and I've found that other alternatives are often too large in comparison. However, there is a glaring issue that I've been facing, and I'm not sure if the one I received is the only one doing this or not but I figured it'd be good to mention here. I was told when I was debating getting this Razer Naga specifically as opposed to an older one that, because it was optical as opposed to the previous laser, it'd be less prone to double clicking; but it wasn't all that long after my purchase before it started double clicking. At first I thought maybe it was just me, but it's become a lot more prominent in recent days. So, this is just a warning to anyone else considering this mouse - it may very well double click. It's still not enough for me to not recommend it because what it does well is done well, but it may be someone else's hard limit. Overall, I do like this mouse, so if you're in the market for a multi-button gaming mouse and have smaller hands that can't span the expanse of a larger mouse, then I'd recommend this one - on the condition you're paying less than $60 for it. With how quickly it started double clicking - and unless I can confirm if it is just my mouse or not - I'm not sure I'm comfortable recommending it otherwise, especially at a higher price.

Having 12 buttons on the side is useful in so many ways, even outside mmo gaming. Default, they match the keyboard 1-9, 0 and +/- keys. But if you utilize the Razor software, it's a whole new world of possibilities. You can set different profiles, map any button to any keys. Including but not limited to, hot keys, windows actions, and programs. This allows quick and easy tasking for whatever you're doing. The DPI levels allow you to tune it right where you want it. The RGB is a bonus if you like it, or you can turn it off.

Razer has been on fire with mouse releases in the recent year or so, all of their releases since the Viper line I would consider in the top tier of gaming mice regardless of preference(I own most of them.) I will also give props to Razer for somewhat acknowledging and fixing problems that have plagued their past mice, optical switches fixes and ensures the double click issue that was essentially synonymous with Razer itself will not happen again. While its quite a step down in terms of features and lighting compared to the Naga Pro or the Naga Trinity, the Naga X simply excels in the area that matters most to me and a lot of people, it's weight. The exclusion of swap-able side panels may seem like a downgrade to some, but being someone that has had a Naga Trinity since it came out, the 12 button side panel was literally the only one I had ever used so the loss is meaningless to me. It's a little baffling of the exclusion of lighting on the palm logo, I understand from a design point that your palm will be covering it 100% of the time on a mouse like this, but I use more than one mouse and like my pretty dopamine lights, not to mention this thing is $80 which is by no means budget. Speaking of exclusions, the scroll wheel tilt, and a single DPI button. Razer, what are you doing? On a mouse designed to offer the most remappable buttons possible you're just gonna go and remove the side tilting scroll wheel. Less RGB is one thing, removing a function that I, and likely many others have gotten used to and expect on our "most customizable mouse" to be there and customizable. Again, this mouse is $80, that is $20 less than the Naga Trinity retail price which has this feature, and this mouse does not have the Trinity's swapable plates. Also whoever made the big brain decision to take out one of the DPI buttons but leave enough space that that could clearly fit one needs to be fired, I repeat, this is an $80 mouse and I'm not even holding the exclusion of any injection molded rubber grip on the side instead of the bumpy textured plastic they cheaply chose to run with on their premium $80 mouse. So what's good about this $80 mouse that feels like from an objective view Razer designed it to be sold for $40 like a viper mini with all these cut features? One word friend, the weight. If the lack of features and Razer being Razer is -2 stars, the weight improvement is a solid +1 star to that bringing my review to 4 stars. To me at least, an MMO mouse needs to be able to achieve fast and accurate clicks for precision item, camera and targeting, and interface navigation, I personally find heavy mice to be a bit on the fatiguing side mostly in my wrist when using them for long hours at a time, you can obviously balance this out by changing surfaces and playing at a higher DPI, but changes to what I'm accustomed to result in misclicks and mistakes. The weight of this mouse makes all other MMO mice I have feel light bricks, quite literally. It is almost nearly half the weight of the Naga Trinity and it is a difference you can feel! If you can live without the tilting scroll wheel and a missing DPI button, this mouse is a 100% personal recommend from me. The weight alone makes this mouse comfortable enough for everyday use and not just MMO's that I'd even be happy to rock it 24/7 on my setup if it was the only mouse I had. For the best experience however, I would recommend pairing this with Viper/GPro, the improved weight makes it actually pretty easy to just swap between them as needed. If you need a mouse that simply does it all regardless of weight however I would consider the Naga Pro or Naga Trinity, the extra cost of them will save you some in the long run on another mouse due to just how versatile they are.

The mouse itself feels very good in my hands, and the software is relatively intuitive. My main issue with it is the main buttons are a bit mushier than i would like. The side buttons are a bit more tactile which is nice. Overall, if this is something you would seriously consider getting, get it on sale.

This is my favorite MMO mouse. I've tried Logitech, Corsair and Razer and the Razer Naga has been the best. Software is easy to set up if you want macros. The buttons are easy to reach. That little ledge for your ring finger gives you some extra control that none of the others I've tried have. Plus it's reasonably priced! 5 stars

I bought this to replace a 10-yr old Logitech G400s. There was nothing wrong with my old mouse, I just wanted something new and something with more buttons for MMOs. Pros: After an adjustment period, I really like the shape and feel of this mouse. The extra buttons are the reason I bought this one, and they do the job. The mouse also is not covered with an obnoxious amount of RGB. Buttons can be configured to do all sorts of things using Razer Synapse software. Cons: I wish there were still normal forward and backwards buttons on the side, but that's just because I'm not used to an MMO mouse. I wish the side buttons had more features on them so that you can tell the difference between them with your thumb, like being oriented at different angles, or having a bump on the #5 or #8 buttons. You can learn their positions with practice, but after buying this I saw that Logitech's equivalent has the buttons angled so that it's easy to tell where your thumb is resting and I wish this mouse did something similar.

Very solid mouse for mmos. Lots of keybinding options in the software! This mouse is a good mouse if you play mmos like World of Warcraft or other games were you need a lot of bindings.

It's a lot lighter than most mice I've had, I know a lot of people probably look for that but it makes it feel cheaply made and it feels quite small for a mouse. The programmable keys are nice but are hard to use as they're easy to fat finger press

The buttons on the side of the mouse are very nice. Fits very well to your hand. My biggest complaint is the plastic feels cheap.

Best gaming mouse out there imo. I use it for wow pvp. Lasts forever. Buttons on thumb makes it so much easier.

Absolutely love this mouse for MMORPGs as well as MOBAs. I have been using this mouse for years and seriously cannot stress to anyone just how much better my gaming experience has been. Without the need to move my wasd fingers up to the numbers and instead use my mouse hand thumb to do it all makes gaming much more fun.

Main buttons could be a bit more crisp. Side buttons could be heavier as its very easy to press them accidentally while moving the mouse. It was also a strange choice to put the weird bumpy texture where the removed the rubber from other versions of the naga. Mouse would have felt better if they just used the normal texture. Those criticisms are minor compared to the huge plus. This is the first mmo mouse to not be a giant brick. While not as light as my normal mouse, it is light enough. This is currently the only MMO mouse on the market with good feet, good cable, good sensor and good weight. I just wish Razer would fix whatever makes the main clicks feel so dull and thumpy. So the mouse isnt perfect and certainly has room to improve, but it is far and away the best mmo mouse on the market.
